Igor I hate to write this, but Greenberg Dental has changed a lot in recent years.
The changes are not very encouraging:
- not all branches work with all insurances,
- it’s very difficult to make an appointment by phone, the answering machine promises to call you back within 24 hours, that is, sit and wait a day, why not right away? It is also impossible to make an appointment during the visit; offer to call using the same procedure,
- preliminary x-ray of both jaws for $350, even if one tooth hurts, three years ago x-rays cost 10 times less,
- for the second time in a row, caries treatment requires expensive nerve removal; Previously, they simply changed the filling due to insurance,
As a result, the general situation has changed greatly for the worse; if this is progress, it is negative.
And so - everything is fine, the staff is friendly, the service is excellent, parking is convenient.
