5 /5 Lan Whitley: We love Pediatric Dental Group! Both of my kids go here and have had a great experience. The entire staff is so warm, welcoming, and amazing with children. Destiny did the cleanings for my kids and was so gentle, patient, and kind. The office is super clean and everything feels very organized and kid-friendly. They truly go out of their way to make dental visits fun and stress-free. So thankful we found them!

5 /5 Karen Holness: The dental staff is extremely caring, helpful, and sympathetic during appointments and any special procedures. Today my daughter had two teeth extracted and Dr. Mendez and Zada talked my daughter through each step before it was completed and encouraged her after each step was done. Thank you so much to the dental staff for making this experience the best possible!

1 /5 Sahily Tavarez: Horrible experience., all I see is comments from parents with special needs children like me complaining about the same issue., before my appointment I asked if they did sedation because my son is autistic and has sensory issues and they said yes and when I get there it was literally a jacket to restrain him and it went even worse because if we as adults get nervous imagine a 3 year old that can’t talk., they have no compassion or procedure for our kids and very dismissive., I had to stop them either way to try and calm my child who still has trauma from this experience and cried all the way home. And to make it worse I get a letter in the mail saying they can no longer see my son because I wasn’t happy? Like really ? They are lucky I didn’t say anything but just let him loose so I can go because it’s obvious not working. Office looks very nice but the staff are horrible, so sad that there are doctors in this day in age that don’t care and just want to get paid.

2 /5 Gina: I got a call from the staff this morning threatening to send my autistic daughter to collections over $50 missed appointment fee. I was at their office the day before and no one mentioned anything at check out. I found that uncalled for just send a bill in the mail. The dentist is nice but her front desk staff not so much.

5 /5 Urszula Blaszak: Its been over two years now. Maybe more. This is the best place to go to if you have an autistic kid who is afraid of doctors... The doctor is very committed and involved. She actually cares. They have anesthesia if its necessary. But, the thing is, we rarely, if ever, need it there. My kid is looking at her absolutely infatuated after only a minute and just does what she asks and he seems happy. The nurses were very sweet too. And if your kid likes to watch movies, theres a tv in the waiting room and above the medical chair. It was nice to get all the information about how his jaw is going to be changing soon too. It was a good day :)
