5 /5 Megan MacDonald: This may have been the kindest medical team I’ve ever gone to. Everyone was so helpful. I’m typically a very nervous patient and the reassurance I received was well needed. I highly recommend to anyone going as a new patient. I saw Natalie Bowles and she was amazing and listened to my concerns.

5 /5 Deja Ewing: Always a good experience. Valentina was my provider and Julissa was my nurse, I was anxious about my procedure and they worked hard at helping me not be worried and explained everything as they were doing it. Front desk and check out are always welcoming and professional as well. I was pulled back less than 5 minutes after my appointment time. Thank you all for being amazing! :D

5 /5 Yicelin Janice: I attended both of my pregnancies at this office and have had a great experience each time. In 2021, when I was pregnant with my first child, I wasn’t sure where to go. I remember sitting down with my phone, simply searching “Obstetrics near me” on Google, and this office popped up. I called them, and they immediately scheduled me an appointment. For my second pregnancy in 2023, I called them the same day I took my at home pregnancy test, and they saw me just two days later. Both of my deliveries were with Dr. Johnson my first in 2022 and my second in 2024, and she’s been wonderful. I’ve always felt respected and well cared for by the staff. I continue to go here for my annual checkups and have never had any complaints.

1 /5 C Fidler: I have been a patient at this for location in Celebration over 10 plus years awarding services, but now in 2025 service was very poor in January I had to wait 45 minutes to see someone. as of today March 7th, 2025, no follow call, had lab work done, No one reach out to review results. I have left a message about the results from test still no return of call. Yes, I will be looking for another facility because this one has lost it way with customer patient and now is very poor service. The welcome staff is nice but thats mostly common services. This service is not working no more. Very disappointed, new generation, new office change, no responsibility delegated to staff I gather.

1 /5 Macy P: Gotta leave another bad review under my spam account since this was the only thing to get their attention!! Apt was moved without my authorization. I refused to confirm the new date. The office provided no way to cancel this apt other than sit on the phone waiting your turn in line for a representative. No text back option to cancel or reschedule, only a text back 1 to confirm or call if not. Over the holiday weekend when their phone said I had 42 people in the cue ahead of me!!!! Of course I called several times & couldnt reach them. Apt was missed & its 100% their fault. Tried sending an email & the office manager admitted it went into a black hole due to their new system. The office is trying to charge me a no-show fee so thats when I got really mad & made a review in January & got a reply from Kelly the manager trying to make it better. SHE HAS DROPPED THE BALL AGAIN! She asked me how she could make it better. Well common sense would say 1st & foremost take the fee off my account. Regardless, I replied to her nicely with a request to get the fee removed & send me my records. Only to go completely ignored again..... guess Ill never see my records! We have come full circle to me being irritated but not enough to trash their name UNTIL THEY HAVE THE AUDACITY TO ASK FOR MONEY! So here we are for the second time. I wake up to phone calls from your billing dept? You get another crap review. This can come down when Kelly really handles the issue.
