5 /5 Michele Johnson: My experience was wonderful. My 3yr old autistic Grandson was sick and running a temperature. The Doctor was pleasant and very thorough. The waiting time was brief. The staff was very helpful and patient. The area was very clean. Our visit was great and I would recommend this facility as everyone was friendly and professional

5 /5 David Matta: This is the 3rd time I used CareSpot. All the time it was the same pleasant experience. The front desk is always attentive and friendly. I went in for a non-emergency but urgent matter. I just couldn’t hear from left ear. I explained that my insurance has changed and although I had to pay a decent price.. I understand that is because of my insurance. All the nurses that assisted me that day were extremely helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. I did not get their names but it was on Friday 21st around 5pm. Please let them know that I really appreciate their support and healthcare. I will continue to visit CareSpot as my first choice for health urgencies. Thank you.

1 /5 Viviana Garcia: This is for the Physician Assistant Luis Soriano (95% sure that was the spelling of the name on the board). It is NYE (and trust me, I fully understand) but my mom is incredibly sick and we were hoping to get a quick exam 15 minutes before closing. And incredibly loud, enough for the entire lobby to hear (it being just my mom and I and one other person who had already been helped) he yelled “I am not seeing another patient. I’m not doing it. I’m not doing this 5:15, 5:30 crap anymore.” I really couldn’t believe it. The unprofessionalism was beyond me. That’s supposed to be a doctor? That’s who I’m trusting to care for my mom or any other human being who is sick? You want to get to your NYE festivities? People would just like to feel better from being sick, Mr. Luis. Disgusting. As for the woman in the front desk (blonde woman, sorry I didn’t get your name) was very sweet and apologetic. Now I know if I see that name on the board, I’ll just walk right out and go somewhere else. Who wants to be seen by that type of physician anyway.

The facility was clean and well-maintained, which made me feel comfortable and safe. I appreciated the short wait times and efficient service, as it saved me time during my visit. Overall, I had a positive experience at CareSpot and would recommend it to others seeking quality medical care.
