Phil came out and had us back on the road in a few hours at a very reasonable price. He was very friendly, professional, and was determined to get us fixed so we could continue our journey. Sequoia S Very friendly and quick service. I have an AC leak but they were able to add freon as requested and I was in and out in 25minutes! Its very difficult finding mechanics with really great customer service and fair pricing. I would not hesitate recommending Matt K automotive and Ill be back when I need anything else done! Isaiah Gallimore Tommy’s is run by a great family with good values. Went in for a check-up, oil change, and a diagnostic. The price for the work was given to me up front before any work was done which was GREAT. The service was friendly and informative. The service was also done promptly and I was able to get my car back on the same day. Even though the diagnostic revealed extra issues, those issues were thoroughly explained and next steps were given. This is a place where I know I won’t get cheated. Honest reliable work is done here. I will surely be back.

From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the owners honesty and integrity. Instead of charging for a full alignment right away, he suggested starting with an inspection to determine if it was necessary. Upon inspection, it was confirmed that my truck did indeed need an alignment. The owner wasted no time in getting the job done efficiently and effectively. Not only was the service top-notch, but the price was fair and reasonable. I can confidently say that Alignment Guy is the real deal when it comes to alignment services. Hasan Al-Shaikh Excellent service and reliability. My Honda had engine lights on due to some transmission sensor issue. I took it to two other shops, sank like 500 bucks and yet none of them could actually service the issue. I finally went here and they solved it with minimum fuss. If you have a transmission problem, I cannot recommend a better shop in GNV

Douglas Green I had two services with Auto ER. In the first appointment, they figured out what was making an odd noise in my car and fixed it. And in the second visit, they installed new tires. Both times, it was quick, professional service and reasonable prices. I have also recommended them to a coworker.

Madison Mantyla My husband and I were just passing through Gainesville (literally just stopping for gas) during a 12 hour car ride and our air conditioner was acting up. All the parts stores were closed and Big Gainesville Mobile Mechanic was about closed. I called desperate and they took so much time to talk us through diagnosing and fixing things ourselves since they couldn’t come out ourselves. Got the air conditioner back and up working right there in the Shell parking lot!! Didn’t charge us anything for the time and effort but saved our butts from roasting all week and for the drive back to Ohio since we wouldn’t have any time to a mechanic at our vacation destination due to pre-booked activities. Thank you so much!!

Steven Williams Ran into these folks in a pinch when a carshare vehicle of mine ended up abandoned at their shop with two flat tires. Nice lady on the phone helped us confirm it was still there and the GPS was right. Once I got there, a kind gentleman helped me load the car on my transport trailer, gave me directions on how to get home, and all in all, they just seemed like real nice honest people.

Alyssa Croll Can’t speak highly enough of this shop. We were towing our camper with our 3 month old baby girl and our dog for our 3 week summer trip. As we leave, notice the transmission fluid temp was running hot. Even though he was short-staffed, Chuck was able to help my husband out to troubleshoot and install a transmission cooler. Solved the problem and we were able to continue on our trip without much delay. Appreciate his help and kindness!
