1 /5 Adriana Vela: horrible service!! I need my money back. I paid 75 usd for nothing, you didnt check my son at all, and gave a wrong diagnosis. You just check the blood pressure and the urine, both didnt make a swap for covid, for flu or check if it was pneumonia. Or check the ears…. My son had pneumonia not apendicitis as you thought without checking him. How you can give a result without exploring him? Please return my money back as soon as possible. Worst urgent care ever.

5 /5 E: Friendly staff and amazing service! Every member of their team made us feel welcomed and taken care of. I am so grateful for how quick yet helpful my visit was. The clinic is also very clean!

5 /5 Anthony Rabiee: Unfortunately had to get medical care today while on vacation, I have to say I was amazed at how quickly the the staff at Buena Vista Urgent Care was able to do registration, take information, and get me back to the room. From when I walked in the door I was able to see the doctor within 25 minutes, granted I was the first patient there when they opened in the morning. He was thorough, quickly diagnosed the issue and got me everything I needed, and his assistant was also super friendly and helpful. Overall great experience, highly recommend this urgent care center for their efficiency, overall friendliness, and getting me exactly what I needed to feel better

5 /5 Hank Thomas: Was headed out on a cruise next day went to urgent care , was seen by Michele Schryver PA. Was very attentive , assessed and prescribed medications. Sat in room for a few minutes like genuinely concerned . Very personal. Better than my home physician who visits about 2 minutes then gone. I would highly recommend this office and really appreciate the time Michele spent with us.

5 /5 Patrick Thies: !!AMAZING!! The night before my family left for a 10 day vacation my son presented with white spots that ended up being strep. We got him treated at the er and a prescription before we left. At 3am the next day my daughter presented with white spots. We tried to contact her PCP she was out of the office and no other doctor would prescribe her an antibiotic over the phone. Day one we came to see Doctor Becker. He and his staff are so kind and accommodating. They went above and beyond to ensure we had every opportunity to enjoy our vacation. They also filled her meds onsite for next to nothing. This was such a convenience. The entire visit including the uber ride there and back was 1 hour, and I feel like we were so thoroughly taken care of. I would see him as a PCP if we lived here!
