5 /5 ydelia Eger: Last week my mother was taking by ambulance at 5 am to Coral Springs Hospital- Broward Health . We have spent a week where we have experienced the Emergency Department and Step Down Unit. One word sums it all,; Excellence. The team work, expertise, dedication and caring and compassion was unlimited. My mother an active 92 year old with a cardiac event is back home and recovering nicely. There are not enough words to thank the people that made it happen. As new residents in this area , originally from Miami and from healthcare background I feel I am a good judge of quality. Coral Springs hospital is top notch!

5 /5 Solocreaion: EMERGENCY ROOM SQUAD FIRST RATE I have been dodging the flu virus and all its symptoms day in and day out. Finally got hammered. Checked in and ran right into a friendly, smiling, and reassuring face, Mrs. Sandra. Sandra has great people skills. Sandra started the mood change for me, from bad to way, BETTER. I thought that was AWESOME. Mrs Marissa S. Did my vitals. She had no issues, no stress, and no bad vibes. In return, that calmed me all the way down. Good, because of that, she had an actual good blood pressure reading on me. Mrs. Marissa S is a Great Patriot. She serves our community, and here, son serves our nation, AWESOME BLOOD. Went to the back and was taken care of by Christine F, which was AWESOME, especially for being sick, full of body aches, and pains. Felt like her and my wife were best friends. They both were clowning me and laughing about life. Christine F is a military wife just like my wife. She serves here Community as her husband served this COUNTRY. BOY OH BOY. I felt SAFE and SECURE AT CORAL SPRINGS MEDICAL. Those human beings are needed and wanted on the FRONT LINES AT ALL TIMES. LOVE MY SICK DAY OFF. Thank you all for YOUR SERVICE.

1 /5 Eliz Clark: On February 5th, I went to the hospital due to nausea and vomiting, and it turned out to be one of the worst experiences of my life. I had been there in 2017 and hadnt encountered such poor care. I waited for Nurse Lyssa for two hours to receive something for my headache. During that time, she sat at the desk and seemed completely unbothered. When she finally came into my room in the ER, she argued with me, claiming that the staff was busy and that she was only there to carry out orders. I found her attitude alarming—she displayed no empathy or critical thinking. Dr. Gaffley misdiagnosed me with a stomach virus and sent me home. A few days later, I ended up in another ER with code sepsis and spent twelve days there. If she had taken the time to run the appropriate tests, she would have discovered that it wasnt a stomach virus. As a nurse who has worked for Broward, I have never witnessed such incompetent patient care as I experienced from those two. Sincerely, Joan Clarke

5 /5 Jenni Burnette: I had surgery twice (Sept. & Oct. 2024) and I was scared out of my mind after reading the reviews and hearing whats been said. However, I trusted my surgeon and was extremely pleasantly surprised. The pre-op area was clean and private, nurses were very nice and everything went smoothly. My room was incredible! Almost like a small apartment: one wall was all windows, bathroom was rather large and spotless, plenty of room when my family visited and my nursing team was attentive, friendly and efficient. The food was pretty good for a hospital and they kept my room clean. I definitely wouldnt be so hesitant after such a pleasent experience.
