Bonnie Goloski My PCP listens and addresses any concerns and has never made me feel less than. Office staff are prompt and pleasant, waiting area and exam rooms clean and organized. Prompt appointment time and you can actually speak to someone to ask questions and schedule appointments. Patient portal is easy to access and email concerns or request for refills are addressed promptly. I am very pleased with service provided in this facility. I am a retired nurse from Pa. who worked in many fields and always look for respect, quality care and professionalism.

Viktoriia Vernikov Ive been taken my 10 year old son to this office for 3 years now. I am happy with services they provide. No complaints. We saw Dr. James Kenneth, Dr. Christina Urena , Dr. Ray Acevedo. All of the doctors are amazing people and specialists.

Michael Brooks I waited 8 months to get my appointment. Dr. Harris was very kind and took time with me. She set me up with referrals and the next day I got a call to schedule appointments for those places. All the reviews I’ve read on Dr Harris before coming and the reason I chose to wait to get an opportunity were true and worth it. I’m grateful and look forward to continuing with trinity health and Dr. Harris as my primary care physician.

Consuelo Piedrahita Norrisa is AMAZING! she took care of me with such a good care, she is polite, gently, friendly. She is the angel you need. Come and see it for yourself. Also all the staff is great, the facilities are clean and everyone is always with a smile.

Mike Kurry Saw Dr Lucia Blanchard today for a bi-annual follow up. Everyone in the office is very nice and cordial and except for my pcp not sending in a referral and it taking 3 calls to get it, there were no problems or delays. Dr Blanchard and I discussed future tests and advantages and disadvantages of having a procedure done. The next test will determine what happens next.

Lindy Barnes The entire visit was perfect. From the moment we checked in for our induction to the minute we left with our new baby girl, everyone who took care of us was wonderful. The labor and delivery team was amazing and made me feel at ease and safe during the delivery process. And when we had to quickly shift gears to a csection, everyone worked together like clockwork to make it a smooth transition and get our girl out quickly and safely! Once on the postpartum floor, the nurses and staff took great care of us. I loved that we got to keep our girl in the room with us the whole time to get acquainted but had the security of the staff if we needed anything. And the food was pretty good too! I would do it all again a million times exactly the same!

Valdi Guintiliano Terrible communication. I’m a Broward patient and I’ve had an emergency and needed to go to the ER. The doctor at the hospital asked me to visit my PCP. It took two days to be able to schedule and appointment at this location only to find out 3 hours before the appointment that I needed to change my PCP in order to get my insurance coverage. I did, they called this place and my insurance called them and let them know I needed to come in urgently and it was okay to come. I arrived at this place only to find out that they didn’t accept pregnant ladies, although I had told the appointment center I was pregnant and had an emergency and needed to see my PCP as soon as possible. Nothing was done! They had two days to call me and let me know if they had a problem with my insurance and instead of that they waited just a few hours before the appointment. They didn’t accept a full payment for the appointment which I said I would do if the problem was the insurance coverage I could pay for the appointment because it is an emergency, only to get another excuse from the front desk about my pregnancy! So frustrating, upsetting.. driving 30 minutes here pregnant and with a toddler to ended up not being seen by a doctor and nobody caring enough to help me!

Jose Luis Gainza Front door have a sign of OPEN, but door was close! After going there for DOT physical, this people doesn’t even open there office door! Some came to the door and from inside states they don’t do DOT physical examination there! Waste of time! This place should be remove from Google listing!

Julianna Both my husband and I have been patients of Broward Family Medical for almost 10 years. We see Dr. Megan Waskin. She is a phenomenal practitioner with an incredible bedside manor. She is thorough, patient and kind and really listens and understands. She takes her time with her patients and you never feel rushed or overlooked. She actually reviews your chart and history before seeing you and is always fully prepared. The office is great and they do labs in house, which is wonderful. The entire staff is kind, proficient and extremely welcoming We are treated like family, and that is what you should expect when seeing your family doctor. We are beyond grateful for all of the care we continue to receive at Broward Family Medical.
