5 /5 Chris Basile: My wife and I have been bringing our two children to Boca Pediatric Group for over a decade, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the exceptional care they have provided. When our daughter recently turned 18, our insurance company attempted to transfer her to another provider. However, after speaking with Boca Pediatrics, they assured us that she could continue receiving care there. I fought with the insurance company to make it happen because we wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. The service at this office is truly OUTSTANDING! We have Humana Medicaid, and unlike experiences we’ve had elsewhere, we are never treated any differently than patients with other insurance plans. The office staff is always warm and welcoming. Even when we have to wait, I know it’s because the provider is giving another family the time and attention they deserve—just as they will for us. My daughter’s health is extremely complex, and Diane Wold, APRN, has been an absolute blessing. She listens attentively and provides the guidance we need to navigate our daughter’s care. When we can’t see her, the other providers are just as compassionate and knowledgeable. A special shout-out to Monique in the Referral Department—she is truly AMAZING! I understand how challenging her job is, yet she handles everything with expertise and dedication. The entire support staff is phenomenal, always going the extra mile to assist patients and families. We are so happy with Boca Pediatric Group that we gladly drive almost an hour to receive care here. The quality of service and level of commitment from the entire team make it well worth the trip. 5 /5 Gayana Char: We are extremely happy with the Boca pediatrics group. Anytime we have some kind of emergency, we call and they take us in the same day. They are also extremely good at picking up the phone and connecting to a nurse even late at night. They work great with their clients and attend to their needs and they allow parents to make decisions for their child that they seem fit without pressuring like some other offices do.

1 /5 Mustafa G.: Unfortunately, my experience with Dr. Alberto Luchtan was disappointing. While I respect their years of practice, it feels as though they may no longer be fully up to date with current medical practices or able to provide the level of care younger, more proactive doctors might offer. The consultation felt rushed, and my concerns were not addressed thoroughly. I would recommend considering a more modern approach or perhaps transitioning into retirement to allow patients to receive the care they truly deserve.

1 /5 Alexis Rock: I’m mind blown at how unprofessional this office is. First issue was when my daughter went in with a tick bite, they sent us out without any form of treatment, recommending bloodwork, or doing anything all they said was it’s “rare to get Lyme disease in Florida” and sent us off without even antibiotics just in case. My son just had his FIRST newborn appt, at first they didn’t even schedule us with his pediatrician I didn’t think I’d have to ask for that? Then they call me and tell me the pediatrician we are seeing had an emergency and had to schedule us with someone else and I said it’s fine as long as it’s a doctor/pediatrician. That was confirmed however when I got to my appt I come to find out it was a lie and I was scheduled with a brand new 20 year old nurse practitioner for my newborn sons first appt. Not only that but he had just got his circumcision the day before which I had mentioned multiple times. The nurse still handled him without being cautious of his surgery and caused Him bleeding. He didn’t have any blood prior to this appt by the way. She told us she has no knowledge of what to do and told us to go to the hospital. The circumcision was checked and there was No blood and he was perfectly fine, all due to the way she handled him. When I tried calling the office back after to say something all I said was can I speak to someone about an issue I had at my visit and I was constantly hung up on for no reason finally I was told the manager will call back and never does. Leaving this office after that.

1 /5 Nana: Went in with my son on 12/03/2024 my son was super ill and also have a bunch of stuff on his face. I was turned away mind you I made the appointment weeks ago I check on the Medicaid portal it’s active on their end it’s inactive I ask if I can get billed cause I didn’t have a way to pay they still turned my one month old son away. Please if you have a sick child don’t go there. I took my records and going to a better place that care for babies instead of a pay.
