Betty LaChaussee Dr. Svetlana Faktorovich MD at Baptist Health Marcus Neuroscience Institute is an amazing doctor! After years of bouncing from doctor to doctor with no clear-cut answers, Dr. Faktorovich found out my problem. She is brilliant, communicates very well, and has a charming bedside manner. For the first time in years, Im on the right path for a better quality of life! The experience at Baptist Health was nothing short of remarkable. Starting at the front desk, the receptionist Amy Averbach did an exceptional job and even though we messed up our appointment day and time, she went above and beyond, spoke with the doctor, and got us in. We were met by the medical assistant Emmanuel Rivera. He took the time to explain what would occur during our visit and put us at ease, as well as later on performing a test. He also was charming and very kind! Minutes later, nurse practitioner Jamie Pare sat us down for a complete exam and took the time to find out our complete history with follow-up questions to get a better understanding of our past and present condition. She truly cared and was exceptional! Its NPs like her that work hand in hand with the doctor to offer you the most efficient and informed visit youll ever have. Thank you Baptist Health for putting together a great team!! And if all this isnt enough, we left to pick up our car where they offer free valet parking!

Erika Anderson Pediatric Partners in Boca has been phenomenal. We recently switched to them due to insurance and I am so glad we did. Their service has been wonderful and they have been so attentive and caring. We have seen Dr Dailey and NP Jason, I cannot describe how wonderful and thorough they are. Same day appointment, taken right back, quick testing and results, prescriptions were ready before I even got home. Thank you guys. I am so impressed with your office.

Scarlett A Dr Rubin and Christina have been angels in my son’s life. He deals with undiagnosed, chronic GI bleeding. Dr Rubin did everything in his power to find the source, then referred out, sent all info to Mayo Clinic, referred to a new GI when my son moved to go to college, then supported his iron infusions and directed me to the best hospital when he started bleeding while at home for winter break. This office truly cares about its patients. Dr Rubin is a doctor who went into the profession for all the right reasons and I’m so thankful for his expertise, empathy, and guidance.

Agnes K We had the most amazing experience with Dr. Papa! She was incredibly patient, taking her time to address every concern without rushing through the appointment. Her friendly and warm demeanor made us feel completely at ease. What stood out the most was how wonderful she was with my kids—they absolutely adore her! They left the visit feeling happy and comfortable, which is a rare experience for us. Dr. Papa’s kindness and genuine care make her truly exceptional. Highly recommend her for anyone looking for a fantastic doctor!

Loraine Warren I was seen on time, didnt have to wait in the lobby or exam room. The staff greeted me enthusiastically, not to be polite, they actually knew who I was. Dr Levy is very knowledgeable and has a great bedside manner, the same as when I first met him 10 years ago. Sara is great as are Dr Phillips and Brandon. They are a great support team. Gabby is very accommodating and kind. The ladies at the front and in the back are friendly and professional. I have recommended Dr Levy many times over the last 10 years with confidence.

Lauren Williams Wonderful team led by Dr Prickett who is very supportive, receptive, knowledgeable and available. Everyone is so helpful and takes care of every detail with a smile. They make medical care easy, and crazily enough, enjoyable! (And Jeffrey is the best!!)

Chris Basile My wife and I have been bringing our two children to Boca Pediatric Group for over a decade, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the exceptional care they have provided. When our daughter recently turned 18, our insurance company attempted to transfer her to another provider. However, after speaking with Boca Pediatrics, they assured us that she could continue receiving care there. I fought with the insurance company to make it happen because we wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. The service at this office is truly OUTSTANDING! We have Humana Medicaid, and unlike experiences we’ve had elsewhere, we are never treated any differently than patients with other insurance plans. The office staff is always warm and welcoming. Even when we have to wait, I know it’s because the provider is giving another family the time and attention they deserve—just as they will for us. My daughter’s health is extremely complex, and Diane Wold, APRN, has been an absolute blessing. She listens attentively and provides the guidance we need to navigate our daughter’s care. When we can’t see her, the other providers are just as compassionate and knowledgeable. A special shout-out to Monique in the Referral Department—she is truly AMAZING! I understand how challenging her job is, yet she handles everything with expertise and dedication. The entire support staff is phenomenal, always going the extra mile to assist patients and families. We are so happy with Boca Pediatric Group that we gladly drive almost an hour to receive care here. The quality of service and level of commitment from the entire team make it well worth the trip.
