George Scott Had abdominal surgery on 2/4/25. The OR staff was friendly, competent and efficiently prepped me before the surgery. They explained everything and did a very good check out before I left. Katylyn and Skyler were great nurses.

Michael Davidson My family and I have been taking our dogs and cats to Dr. Addison for over 20 years. At first, it was for convenience as I live less than a mile from Addison Animal Hospital. (I believe they are called Compassion Animal Hospital now, dont quote.me on the exact name, but they answer their phones differently and Ive noticed some new staff and I overheard them mentioning the change.) Dr. Addison and his team have saved more than a few of my dogs and cats from various situations, snake bites, animal attacks, random illnesses, etc. Most recently, we had a two year old cat, Casper, go missing for almost two weeks. He finally returned home but had been bitten by something very large on his haunch/tail area, he was very thin, and I didnt think he was going to make it. We took him to Dr. Addison, and even with a parking lot full of patients, and quite a few walk-ins (which I was as well) yet somehow they still took care of us quite quickly and the entire time the staff was courteous and polite. The woman at the front desk was answering phone calls, checking in patients, coordinating with her techs and the Veterinarian, and the entire time she was so friendly and courteous. I believe her name was "Sam." Simply awesome. She made my Mom feel better after we dropped Casper off and when we came to pick him up that afternoon just from her demeanor, professionalism, empathy, and, compassion. She was like an air traffic controller, a quarterback, and a psychologist in one. The tech we talked to was also super polite and kind. Dr. Addison came out to talk to us before and after, and he was very informative on the after care of my pet and when we went to leave a tech followed up and made sure we understood the instructions. Casper is at home recuperating and is doing well. I could tell a half dozen more stories from when Zoie poked herself on a barbed wire fence, or when Loki got hit by a car, or when the dog attacked Rocko, each and every time Addison was there for me and my pets. I could never thank him enough for all the care he has given our animals. (Deborah and Kim say thank you as well!!!)

Mary Mccann Their great!! On time, Dr. deleon did a great job of informing me of my blood test and results. He seemed pleased with my results. I was very informed! Staff is great! Kim is great on the phone! Overall i was very satisfied with my visit!!

Jackie Lowe Excellent Excellent!! My Mom started getting sick and hospitalized in 2022 and it was hard to navigate. She was put in a rehab after hospitalization in fleming island where she was completely neglected. When I brought her home she threw a PE (blood clot in lung) because she had probably been left in the bed too long. I have to work a lot but checked in on her. I was told by the locals to take her to Lake Butler Hospital...what a major difference in care. I can actually leave and know she is being looked after. They exercise her, bath her, her room is super clean with bird feeder outside and a huge window. Has room to herself. Staff is excellent. It is short term ...she has been there twice. The first time she was so sick I know they saved her life. I couldnt recommend this facility more.

Denise Wolfe I walked in in a panic with pieces for one pair and backup glasses hanging by a thread. I left with a functional and well fitted pair of glasses and an order for new pair. Thank you so much. Eyeglass ladies are great. Im picking up new glasses next week so Ill share again.

Jessica Hamric Just recently moved to Ft White from out of town. So grateful for this office! Close to home and very knowledgeable doctor and staff! Friendly service, we didnt feel rushed at all. He answered every question we had in detail! Got an appointment the same day for my teenager that was sick. Would highly recommend David!

Amanda McMahel I wish this was my local VA. I had to drive an hour to this location due to the extent of my suffering but it was worth it for the care I received. The staff is exceptional. Friendly and welcoming. They listened to me and did their best to make me feel better. Hope they know how much I appreciate them. 10/10, A++, Love u guys.

Terri Zarra We were very impressed with the ER. My brother was taken in right away, tests were started before anyone even came to check insurance. Everyone was professional and polite. It was far better than any other ER visits.

Amie Steward The staff & medical team really care about the well-being of their patients. They are kind and considerate of all who walk through their doors. They are very thourough and get the job done! Its why I keep going back!

Jim Moore Took Jack for his annual, good report other than being told to lose a pound or 3. Think Ive received the same advice. Quick efficient visit, everyone very pleasant with a smile.
