Michael Amazing work and terrific customer service! I made an appointment around the Holidays for an initial estimate and they were able to get me in right away. As this was an Insurance claim (hit from behind, first accident that was more than a scratch) I was unfamiliar with the process. Brandon was happy to walk me through everything step by step and set appropriate expectations. Throughout the entire process I received timely status updates and even calls from the GM Blair. As a consumer in my opinion there’s nothing more important than Transparency and the Team here was incredible from start to finish. Nathan Soucier Gary was very helpful with diagnosing the issue and replacing the struts on my 2016 BMW. If you’re looking for an honest local mechanic with fair prices, come see Gary. I was able to purchase my own parts from RockAuto and have Gary install them. Definitely will be coming back for any future needs.

Rich Pasiuk I was driving down from NJ to Florida for one week when my Ford Excursion would not start at a rest area near Titusville. It was Saturday and I started to Google a repair shop that had high ratings. All Care Automotive showed up. I have been wrenching my car for over 30 years. I never send my car to the mechanic. Despite being stranded, it was important to me that I take my truck to reputable shop. I spoke to the shop and later dropped the keys off Saturday afternoon. They promptly called me Monday morning and arranged a tow truck to bring my Ford back to the shop. I mentioned I thought what may be the problem but they did their own diagnosis to be sure. It was my fuel pump. They promptly fixed it and agreed to hold the truck till I came back up north with my rental. I was impressed with their follow-up fair pricing. They asked me ahead of time if the tow price was fine which I appreciated. The truck ran perfect. This is a straight up shop with good customer service and fair pricing. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a good automotive repair shop! Rich from NJ

John Litras Very honest. Kerry in the office is great. The only problem I ever had is that theyve been around a long time and people know the kind of service they will get so sometimes there is a couple of days wait time but well worth it. Bills is always my first choice.

Atlas River THE BEST PLACE EVER!!! Went here yesterday to get my AC fixed. The owners are SUPER nice and professional. They make you feel like family. Was recommended to me by another business and never regretted it. Worth every cent spent. Trouble with AC? No problem, come on down! Might wanna make an appointment though, theyre that Good! Mitchell I had an awesome experience at this Firestone location! The owner is from Massachusetts—just like me—and we ended up talking for a bit about our experiences moving down here, places to live, and some great memories from back home. Super nice guy, really chill, and made me feel welcomed. On top of that, the service was excellent. My car is lowered on coilovers and slightly modified, so I’m always a little picky about where I take it for alignments and tire work. These guys handled everything with care and got my tires and alignment done in just a few hours—way quicker than I expected. The whole team was professional, efficient, and made sure everything was done right. Definitely recommend this shop for anyone looking for reliable service and good people. Ill be coming back for sure!

m loa 10/10 Experience! This was my first time getting new tires, and I couldn’t have gone to a better place truthfully. Huge thanks to Sebastian at the front desk he was absolutely amazing! He reassured me that my car was in good hands, and you can genuinely tell he cares about every customer who walks in. I came in needing two brand-new tires and, as a first-timer, i expected to spend more then i anticipated but Sebastian really worked with me and helped me get a great deal. The service was excellent, and I’m so grateful to the crew who worked on my car quickly and efficiently. The atmosphere from the staff to the service made me feel welcomed, supported, and confident in my choice. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

Ann H I needed a new battery for my vehicle that is stored under the fire wall in a very difficult spot to diy. Mike and David were very helpful. Compared to three other places in the area they were the best. The mechanic switched it out quickly and I was back on the road! I am very pleased! I commute for work and they saved me a lot of time and money! Definitely recommend!
