Ann H I needed a new battery for my vehicle that is stored under the fire wall in a very difficult spot to diy. Mike and David were very helpful. Compared to three other places in the area they were the best. The mechanic switched it out quickly and I was back on the road! I am very pleased! I commute for work and they saved me a lot of time and money! Definitely recommend!

Michael Amazing work and terrific customer service! I made an appointment around the Holidays for an initial estimate and they were able to get me in right away. As this was an Insurance claim (hit from behind, first accident that was more than a scratch) I was unfamiliar with the process. Brandon was happy to walk me through everything step by step and set appropriate expectations. Throughout the entire process I received timely status updates and even calls from the GM Blair. As a consumer in my opinion there’s nothing more important than Transparency and the Team here was incredible from start to finish. She’s a Wildflower We are here from Montana and my radiator hose came off while driving. I was able to get my car to Rudi’s and they were amazing, quick, and super helpful! I highly recommend them. It’s hard to know where to go when you’re from out of state, and finding a trustworthy mechanic can be difficult. I’m so happy I trusted the reviews and went with them! Plus, you won’t meet nicer people. Amber was kind and welcoming to my kiddos and I when we had to hang out for a bit there and Rudi was thorough and honest about everything going on with my car. Kay Kitchen-Maran Were from out of town, and when we drove out of the motel that morning, something had happened to the car. It was making a sound that wasnt there the night before. Earl analyzed and fixed the plastic engine shield that was making a terrible sound. Rescued us, the day and our trip. Earl didnt even want to charge us for his time. Very reasonable! Earls is reliable, capable, and compassionate. We and the car made it home, no problem, the next day after spending the day at the Space Center.

Rich Pasiuk I was driving down from NJ to Florida for one week when my Ford Excursion would not start at a rest area near Titusville. It was Saturday and I started to Google a repair shop that had high ratings. All Care Automotive showed up. I have been wrenching my car for over 30 years. I never send my car to the mechanic. Despite being stranded, it was important to me that I take my truck to reputable shop. I spoke to the shop and later dropped the keys off Saturday afternoon. They promptly called me Monday morning and arranged a tow truck to bring my Ford back to the shop. I mentioned I thought what may be the problem but they did their own diagnosis to be sure. It was my fuel pump. They promptly fixed it and agreed to hold the truck till I came back up north with my rental. I was impressed with their follow-up fair pricing. They asked me ahead of time if the tow price was fine which I appreciated. The truck ran perfect. This is a straight up shop with good customer service and fair pricing. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a good automotive repair shop! Rich from NJ

David Fox Rolled into Titusville in my 2006 Chevy-based RV on a Saturday night, and I mean literally rolled. Voltage dropped from 13 to 11 volts and I barely made it into a parking lot before it died. At 8:00 the next morning I walked to an Advance Auto to ask about alternators and to get suggestions for a Sunday repair shop. They offered to call a friend of the shop and Jeff showed up within a half hour at my vehicle. I purchased the alternator and at Jeffs suggestion a serpentine belt. He had them installed and I was on my way in less than two hours. Thats right, done with the job on a Sunday morning before lunchtime! Needless to say, Im having Jeff work on a few additional issues. Tomorrow, front end suspension.
