5 /5 Helen Motes: I had my last visit recently because I am moving. I believe I have been with them for about 2-3 years. I have always had a wonderful painless experience. From the administrative staff Christine, and other lovely ladies upfront to the dental hygienists Monica and Dr. Arrow. They are always accommodating and when I have had an emergency, they were always able to see me right away and resolve my issue. I was always very satisfied with their professionalism and how clean they kept their office. They are all so sweet and I really will miss coming here. I highly recommend them for your dental needs!

5 /5 s celeste seabrook: Jennifer at the front is so warm and welcoming she makes me feel like shes my sister! The rest of the staff is above Amazing. I love seeing the same people, it gives a sense of familiarity.. and they all know my name. I love the Dentist, hes very gentle great manners and really warm and caring. They explained my treatment plan.. made sure I understood.. relieved any worries made sure i was positively comfy the from reception to departure and their methods while working in my mouth are pain free! I feel like Ive finally found my forever dentist.

5 /5 Caitlin Biesiada: This office has the best staff you can imagine. Every single person you interact with will be kind and put you at ease. I’ve been a patient multiple times now and have started bringing the rest of my family because there is no where else I’d go. The dentist is knowledgeable and excellent working with adults as well as children. The woman up front with the braces (sorry for not remembering your name at this moment!) is an absolute gem too!! She will go above and beyond to discuss pricing, insurance, etc with you so you have a 100% clear idea of what you are paying and what will be happening during your visit.

5 /5 Russ Smith: I was having a problem with a tooth and was starting to have some issues. It was a Monday morning and decided to give Jacksonville Emergency & Family Dental. They had a couple of openings for that morning and was able to get in. From the receptionist taking my call to the dental assistant, were all very comfortable to be around and talk too. Everything was explained from the cost of the procedure I chose, and the options for repairing my tooth. Dr. Arro was very informative explaining my options, and did not try to force me into a costly procedure. He was very easy to talk with and made me feel at ease. I think Ive found a group of people that genuinely enjoy helping people with their dental needs, and listen to their patients.

5 /5 Rebecca Manning: The whole staff is incredible. Had the best exam & cleaning done by Monika. She was so gentle and nice, she made the whole experience so comfortable. The doctor was extremely thorough. The lady at the front desk with the blonde hair was so kind and helpful. I can’t wait to continue my treatment with them!
