5 /5 D Theman: Great service. Everyone was very warm and made me feel like an old friend. The pastor has something to say and delivers it in a concise way, with a little southern baptist style on top. The music program has some good singers, the pastor sings and plays guitar well and the pianist is very good. Will be coming here from now on.

5 /5 Carol Domek: When I moved to Florida in 2006, I made a list of Bible-based Christian churches in my area. Bay Point Christian Church was the second on the list. I didnt go any further! If you are looking for a friendly, loving, multi-cultural, Bible-based church, then come try our church! The praise and worship is a mixture of old and new, but always wonderful and heart lifting. Our Pastor, Jay Cave, is an awesome teacher and preacher of Gods word. His delivery is warm, heart-felt, with just the right amount of humor, and will keep you enthralled, while hitting your right where you need. I have been to many good churches in my life, but none have surrounded me with the love and warmth of family like Bay Point Christian. If you want to feel the Holy Spirit and worship with others of like faith, come on and join us!! Were not perfect here, but we keep pressing toward the prize of the high calling of Christ Jesus. And were fun!! What more can you want in a church?

By that I mean the whole atmosphere of loving, caring people, the unique blend of various styles and cultures of music, and the uncompromising preaching of Gods Word. Its not your "normal" church, trying to impress others by how "hip and cool" we can be. Bay Point is a group of unique and authentic people, striving to see life through Gods eyes. The music is as diverse as the people -- not just the standard mainstream contemporary Christian set you can hear in most any church. It combines strands of music from all over the world, and from many various cultures. Pastor Jay is also uniquely gifted in bringing the truth of Gods Word to bear on my heart. The messages are thoroughly biblical and applicable to how I live. It really seems like people enjoy being at Bay Point; no ones in a hurry to get going. Relationships mean something, and are at the center of what God is doing at Bay Point.

Ive been a member of this church after moving to St. Petersburg. Without question, each and every service has been an eye and heart opening experience that leaves me wanting more each week.
