mallory wilkinson The staff here is so welcoming and is so accommodating when it comes to a specific nail art design, nail color, or nail shape you want. They do such a great job with designs and they do it super efficiently! They also have so many different types of chrome powders, charms, dip colors, glitter, and more. They always have great specials going on too. 10/10 would recommend!

Laurie Roggow I went as a walk-in last night after work. Surprisingly I did not have to wait. Mai took me right away. I ordered a basic pedicure. She did a wonderful job. I will try a deluxe pedicure next time. Their prices are wallet friendly, and they offer a 5% discount if you pay with cash.

Nancy summers Heather and Valen...not sure where you went but it wasnt here. Nails plus is owned by a husband and wife team and the only ones that work in this salon. They are great people and always strive to do the best job possible. Tina managed to take my nails from cracking all the way down to the quik and further to looking like brand new nails..stronger than ever. Great people, great job.

Jeanette Mack I had a full spa day today. A much needed experience. I got a massage by Kristen who was awesome and helped with the soreness in my neck. A facial with Danielle who did microderm and made sure my face was fresh and dewy and a pedicure with Harmony, who rocked an awesome service, my nails looked great and the massage chairs were the perfect touch. Plus Alexia put lashes clusters on me. ( my first experience) Over all it was a great day. If your looking for an awesome experience and want to be a valuable part of these students growth I highly recommend checking them out. The best part. There are 2 campuses. One in Lakeland and one in Tampa! I will be back to repeat soon, hope you will be to!

Giselee Martinez I love this place!!! I first walked in three years ago for my junior prom nails and haven’t gotten my nails done anywhere else since! The staff is incredibly kinda and generous, always striving to make you feel welcomed. From free sodas and waters to cheering you up on a bad day. The techs have always lent an ear when I needed to talk to while simultaneously slaying my nails. Prom, sister’s wedding, graduation, you name it Kim and staff always did right by me! Management Always works hard to bring in new products and keep up with trends. Including Gel X, and Hard gel! Please consider my review when looking for a new nail salon. These people are awesome, and if you don’t believe me you can believe the work!!!

Alice Renee Buenvenida I recently visited Noire The Nail Bar for a fill and to have one nail repaired. While the quality of the work on my nails was great, I found the experience to be inconvenient due to what seemed to be staffing and scheduling challenges. As an Asian American, I fully understand and appreciate the diversity in the nail salon industry, and I recognize that many of the employees are Vietnamese and may not be fluent in English. However, during my visit, only 1-2 staff members were able to communicate in some English, which made it challenging for them to provide customer service and simultaneously translate for other staff working on different appointments. This situation placed a heavy burden on those bilingual staff members, leading to significant delays. What should have been a 30-45 minute appointment took nearly two hours because my technician had to frequently get up to assist others. I think the salon could greatly benefit from revisiting its hiring process or scheduling practices to ensure that staff are supported and customers can enjoy a more seamless experience. If you’re planning to visit, it might be worth setting aside extra time just in case. The staff did an excellent job on my nails, but I hope this feedback encourages improvement in how the salon operates.
