The wait was minimal, and the atmosphere was very professional and welcoming. Dr. Katukuri took the time to listen to my concerns and answered all my questions patiently and clearly. His experience and commitment to patient care were evident. Furthermore, his approach was very detailed, and he explained my diagnosis and treatment options in an understandable way. I would definitely recommend his office to anyone looking for a doctor committed to the health and well-being of his patients. A great experience!

The service was efficient, the doctor took her time to explain everything that they were going to do and all the procedures that were scheduled. The girls at the front desk were compassionate, caring and very professional.

1 /5 Mary-Ann Garcia: Terrible medical team. Maybe the doctor is good but his staff is terrible. They give you an appointment and on the appointment paper they send you to another address that is not the office. You call to complain and Dr. Gino hung up on me 4 times. The office manager Lourdes says one thing and then to cover up, she says the opposite. My appointment was for 9am, I missed it because of the inefficient employee who did not read it and sent me to another address. They give me a virtual appointment at 11am and they never called me. Then I said that the doctor is in a procedure, but they dont call to notify me. By the way, they never called to confirm the appointment. I had to take the paper to Mrs. Lourdes so she could see that I was telling the truth. They are disrespectful. Lack of ethics. If the doctor wants to get far, he has to hire a new team.
