KURT EBERT Arrived this morning at 7:30 AM for service on my 2021 Infiniti QX 80. I was promptly greeted by Cassie for the service. Service included oil change with new filter and tire rotation. The service department provided professional care and prompt service to my vehicle. The vehicle was finished at 9:00 AM. Thank you Cassie and Shawn for your kindness and professionalism! Sly Fernandez de Castro The Honda of Lake City Service Center has provided my mothers 2012 Accord with excellent service considering the extremely tight timeline we had. I had the starter switched out, oil change and transmission fluid flush. They did a great job. The part was expensive, but I have come to find that you really do get for what you pay for. Brandon was my service coordinator and did a great job at understanding my concerns and offered solutions. He also was patient, which is very much appericated. I felt reassured that in the case that he did not know the answer (he is brand new), that he would refer to a senior member. Bottom line, honest guy we can trust. A big thank you to the Honda Service team.

Charity Cole We were stranded on I-10 on Memorial Day weekend. It was Sunday at 10:00pm. We had a blowout with our 40 travel trailer. He came arrived when he said he was going to be there. Resonable pricing and he replaced our 2 tires in an hour in a terrible place to replace tires. Thanks again for your help Damian!

Ashley Herring Jim’s saved the day for us when our motorhome blew a belt on I75. They came out quick, were incredibly friendly and honest!!! They got us back on the road in 1 business day!!! Their tow price was half the local competitors. They were easily able to work on our vintage 85 Chevy chassis and get the AC compressor in and cranking in hours. From the office ladies, to the tow truck driver to the birthday tech who let my dog clean his face, the most kind and helpful company. THANK YOU JIMS!
