1 /5 marvin Wheeler: Poor service. First they lost my key fob but eventually found it. then i got home and found my air filter was not put back in my truck. Then i had to take the truck back up there because they didnt put enough oil in it. This use to be a good place. something has changed..

5 /5 Sly Fernandez de Castro: The Honda of Lake City Service Center has provided my mothers 2012 Accord with excellent service considering the extremely tight timeline we had. I had the starter switched out, oil change and transmission fluid flush. They did a great job. The part was expensive, but I have come to find that you really do get for what you pay for. Brandon was my service coordinator and did a great job at understanding my concerns and offered solutions. He also was patient, which is very much appericated. I felt reassured that in the case that he did not know the answer (he is brand new), that he would refer to a senior member. Bottom line, honest guy we can trust. A big thank you to the Honda Service team.

She provided financial guidance in how I could manage the bill. She has renewed my confidence in Honda of Lake City, FL. I am very pleased with her courteous and professional mannerism. 5 /5 Joe: Recently bought an alternator that eventually failed. Though Im more than an hour away, the service team replaced the part and accommodated further transportation. The service manager was fantastic and my technician John was the absolute best

1 /5 Jennifer Kreis: Don’t bring your vehicle here. My Honda CRV runs worse than before I brought it here. It had a check engine light that was never properly fixed. After spending over $1100 and told I have to spend another 2K. I’m kicking myself for bringing my vehicle here. They are crooks and they will lie to your face!!!
