5 /5 Josh Cullison: Farhan Chowdhury was honestly one of the most helpful tellers that I have had help me with my banking and any questions I had she went above and beyond to figure out why my debit card wasnt working. She even went as far as capling the zelle services and figuring out that no one on either side could see how or why my card had a restriction on it...she turned a frustrating issue into something that wasnt even that bad to fix. All in all she was awesome and helped with everything and made my experience memorable!!!! She deserves a raise or something to show her how much shes appreciated and valued here!!!

Apologizing for the inconvenience during the ordeal, she was able to solve the problem and everything was handled with the utmost care and understanding. I have never experienced such amazing customer service from any financial institution. Sure Ive received help but Shelley went above and beyond for me! 5 /5 Tessie Kinsy: I had the experience to visit VyStar on numerous occasions regarding a business account I wasnt denied I was just told that I needed to have all of the correct information to open an account so instead I decided to open a personal account that way I know I could be putting my money somewhere. As I gathered everything for my business account I decided to go in on July 16th to open one Farhana was very very very thorough and very very helpful in picking the things that I needed to start a small business she was very patient not only for the business account but with me trying to make my decisions I will say shes a top-notch Teller.
