Karen Love, love, love Tim and his team! He was so patient and took the time to explain every part of the process. I cannot say enough about how comfortable he made me feel from beginning to end. No question was silly. We looked at many houses and made offers on a few houses. He worked with us through it all.

Doug Dagenais Hello, my name is Doug and I wanted to share a couple of thoughts with you. This comes from a slightly different viewpoint than normal. I am not a client, however I am an outside vendor who services sensitive information for Insight. I have daily dealings with multiple branches for Insight as well as their competitors. Everyone is quick to offer up a harsh word or two if something isn’t perfect, but as a society we need to get back to offering a kind word when deserved. That’s what I’m here to do. The Insight branch located at 501 Currency Circle in Lake Mary has within its walls some of the nicest ladies that I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with. Always smiling, always positive which makes taken care of them as a client an absolute joy! Thank you for allowing me to share an opinion.

Joshua Redding Fairwinds caught fraud before it even happened! Someone got my info and mailed a new card out declining my current. The bank called me, I went in, got a new card card and problem solved. I love fairwinds for this.

Ellen Jakovich I attended a webinar on annuities with Carlos Dias and ended up scheduling a phone call with Carlos because it seemed he could identify if the annuity Id purchased 2 years ago was a bum deal or not. I suspected it was. After 30 minutes with Carlos, not only did I have a clearer picture of my annuity (it was not wonderful, but it wasnt a scam either), but he also identified a no-penalty exit strategy to gradually draw down the principle starting immediately. I didnt have to wait the 8 years until it matured to convert it into my Roth! Carlos also pointed out that my annuity was based on less-than-ideal indices, and he showed me (explaining everything) which ones I should use instead for more growth. I couldnt be happier! Carlos was prompt with his phone call, easy to talk to, easy to understand, and so incredibly helpful! There was no sales pitch or high-pressure anything -- just a wonderfully helpful call from a true professional.

Tammy D Im very happy with Trustco Bank. I moved my accounts over from a larger bank and I always felt like they never knew who I was. When I walk into the Rinehart branch, Im always greeted by the same friendly faces and they all know me. If youre looking for a neighborhood bank, this branch is great!

Ken D The tellers are nice, but this branch is useless. The team leader Magdi, Is useless. He has no authority to make any decisions yet will imply that he can help you. This bank is horrible. The back office can place holds on accounts. There is nothing the branch can do even though Magdi will tell you he will try to help. I would rather a cardboard cut out behind a desk, than to have a “person” with no authority lying to me with a pleasant tone.

Shelton Hall Larry has done a great job managing an account for me. Very happy with the returns. Ive been glad to refer Larry to friends and family.

lp mccarty Taborah was wonderful and very informative. She was very knowledgeable about everything that I needed to know with opening the account. She also killed a lot of dead air so I felt a lot more comfortable.
