I am not a client, however I am an outside vendor who services sensitive information for Insight. I have daily dealings with multiple branches for Insight as well as their competitors. Iesha Wehrley If your company offers Lincoln for benefits DO NOT TAKE IT!! They are problematic from the start. My situation my husband had take short term disability for shoulder tear & bone spurs. Something that requires minimum of 4-6 weeks. We provided the paper work plus updated paper work after he got of surgery that he had bigger tear than they initually saw on the MRI. So the Dr fixes the tear & updates the FMLA paper work. We updated & uploaded. Now we are at risk of not getting paid because they dont know how to do a job. Dont call back after several phone calls , As well icing on the cake the customer service treat you like your dumb.
