Ken D The tellers are nice, but this branch is useless. The team leader Magdi, Is useless. He has no authority to make any decisions yet will imply that he can help you. This bank is horrible. The back office can place holds on accounts. There is nothing the branch can do even though Magdi will tell you he will try to help. I would rather a cardboard cut out behind a desk, than to have a “person” with no authority lying to me with a pleasant tone.

Ellen Jakovich I attended a webinar on annuities with Carlos Dias and ended up scheduling a phone call with Carlos because it seemed he could identify if the annuity Id purchased 2 years ago was a bum deal or not. I suspected it was. After 30 minutes with Carlos, not only did I have a clearer picture of my annuity (it was not wonderful, but it wasnt a scam either), but he also identified a no-penalty exit strategy to gradually draw down the principle starting immediately. I didnt have to wait the 8 years until it matured to convert it into my Roth!
