10 days to deposit any check. Any time I need to use the banks services its always a big deal. Dont go over lunch; it takes 20 mins to deposit a check from the drive-through.
Truist is easily the worst bank Ive ever done business with, for sure.
Changing to a bigger bank, I would suggest most people do the same.
5 /5 Andrae H: The service here is one of the best I have ever had at a bank while opening an account. We were greeted with smiles and everyone assisted us to the best of their ability. I actually felt like I knew the teller and the bank manager prior to my visit. They made the process fast and simple and I had my account up and running in no time. The service here is very efficient as I have never seen the location at full capacity at any point. It was very comfortable , the environment was very relaxing, clean and efficient.
1 /5 David Hubbard: The TRUIST thing I can say is that the customer service at this branch is the worst of the worst. If you repetitively wont do something as simple as pick up the phone what do I have a right to expect when i need something more complex or difficult? There is too much competition for my money. I hope you go the way SEARS Roebuck & Company did for the same lack of customer service.

Christie Grefkowicz I went and got something notarized stupid me forgot the paper I was notarizing at home so they went to the trouble of me sending it to them and then printing it out. They had me in and out super fast thanks guys!
Thatgaltash This is the worst bank I have ever been to! I honestly called corporate before even walking out the door. George Wooten the branch “manager” needs to go home and never return. Seriously quit your job if you hate it so much cause you are the most miserable person to act the way you do. You don’t value your customers to give them one once of courtesy. He mocked me to my face and told me fine! I’ll help you since you were here first…Just the amount of scoffing and intentional disrespect is unacceptable!! This is the second incident with the men at Bank of America on Babcock! How do you even have a management title with that pompous arrogant nasty personality? This is enough to make me close my account and never come here again. DO NOT TAKE YOUR BUSINESS HERE!
