Bonnie Mixon Wow, I’m impressed. Rudy did a fantastic job on my taxes. I needed my taxes like within two hours and I mean to tell you, he got them finished and filed. I was able to take care of some business that I needed to take care of. Awesome job!! I will probably use him from here on out.

Jen Aguilar Popped in yesterday because we needed something notarized. We bank online and havent used the lobby in years. Greeted quickly and very politely, but then had to wait over 30 min for 1 stamp because we watched the only notary in the building take a new client to set up a new acct. Everyone knew we were there for 1 stamp. Our interaction with her was very pleasant, but literally 2 min. Manager directing clients had a man who only spoke Portuguese come in- he was determined to get him to leave several times by giving him a card with a phone number to call. The man dug his heals in and used a translator app. All he needed was help logging into a new devise and eventually figured it out. Great staff for the most part! Could use some common sense in directive traffic with only 1 notary on staff. And be kind to those who just need an extra minute of your time.

Murray B Schwartz Insight Financial Solutions has done a fabulous job for me. They listen, provide honest, professional, effective feedback. Its an amazing team. Everyone I have dealt with there is courteous, kind, knowledgable and committed to helping resolve issues. The Insight team is proactive They reached out often to give me updates and to just check to see how I was doing. My issue was longstanding and complicated. Insight found a way to resolve my issue in a way that preserved my financial future. I highly recommend this team to anyone looking real long-term help.

Rhonda Babcock and Palm Bay Road location: The people that work here are very nice. My ONLY complaint for this location is the ATM service. Many of us rely on the convenience of the ATM as we cant get to the bank during their regular operating hours, thats why ATM function is so vitally important for alot of us. I rely ALOT on the "deposit" function. Cant use it 80% of the time though if you get off later from your job. I had a conversation with one of the associates over the phone because it was very frustrating for me after numerous TRIPS trying to make a deposit later in the day. She stated that its because of businesses that do many night deposit "drops" which in turn, shuts down the "cash deposit function". It only allows "check" deposits at this point. One positive about their ATM function is (when its accessible), you can take out quite a bit of money in one transaction and the Lobby opens up for several hours on Saturday.

Christopher Blount It was refreshing to go in and be happily served after my experience with some other local banks. Their branch was open on Saturday morning, everyone tended to every one of my needs, were extremely polite and helpful. I will be back! Thanks to Eric L and the young lady at the counter who helped me on Sat. 12.28. I forgot her name.

Mathew P Theyre so great over here at amscot!! They hold a special place in my heart theyve helped me so very much. People talk about the crazy interest rate but really its like twenty to forty bucks to get some cash for a couple few weeks and really its no different than having a really good friend that knows youll pay them back so you throw a little on top. Thank you team, your greatly appreciated! Read some of the other reviews and decided to expand upon my review. These people behind the counter work extremely fast and are very efficient at what they do to be honest. Ive been using amscot and tell ya what Ive NEVER had a bad experience, the staff is friendly and if they ask something of you its because they NEED it to do their job. Theyre not being any kind of way about anything except for following protocol which is their job. To anyone I ask that had a bad experience [ I get everyones not having the best day but remember theres two sides to every story]. How did you act? These people are good right in right out, they handle the lines well, they move them through fast anyways so theres really not much of a line to speak of.

Josiah M SCCU has the most and highest fees of any credit union I have worked with. They also combine this with generally bad customer service. They do tend to have decent rates but not any better than Launch FCU who have much lower transaction fees and much better customer service.
