There hasn’t been one time that I’ve come and not seen staff cleaning! The new equipment is great. I love attending Maite spin classes and Oak as well they are the BEST! I would love for this one to incorporate the reformer classes that would make it top tier!

William Gonzalez I enjoyed going to Altitude Trampoline Park and jumped a lot, High 9 was challenging. And you can do rock climbing and dodgeball as well. I recommended doing this as an activity. This is the best Altitude Trampoline Park I have ever been to. 10/10 experience.

Maguire Wise Every part of The Sound Body Studio is good for the soul. Starting with Renee and her love and knowledge of Pilates, to the positive vibe and atmosphere she creates for her clients. Her classes are always challenging and vary from class to class and the Studio is gorgeous! Come take a class and experience it for yourself ❤️

Robby Hamoud Joining F45 has been life changing! My wife and I were tired of the same old gym routine and same exercises, day after day, so F45 was the exact switch up we needed. The coaches, special shout out to Gustavo, are friendly, motivating, and work with you one on one, even in the group setting. Plus our Lake Mary family is the best! You should definitely join!

Jessica Hornung If you’re looking for a Pilates studio in Seminole county, Salty AF Pilates is the place! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming and the classes are small to allow for more individual instruction. Kirissa is so kind and she caters each exercise to match the needs of each person individually so there is no pressure to do more than you can handle. The workouts are fun and low impact. I always feel great after a Pilates session with Kirissa! Highly recommend this place!

Id been looking for a place that offered a full-body workout and this studio absolutely delivers. The group classes are fantastic, and the instructors are amazing, each bringing their own style so theres truly something for everyone. Whether youre a beginner or more experienced, youll find a class that challenges you. What really stands out, beyond the excellent workouts, is the atmosphere. The front desk team is incredibly helpful and welcoming, always there to assist with check-ins and any questions. Its a really positive and encouraging environment. And for any guys out there wondering, theres a good amount of consistent male members, so youll feel right at home. Its not just a studio for women; men are definitely embracing Pilates here!

Lisa Williamson We love My Gym in Lake Mary! My daughter is delayed at walking but I couldnt get her into PT for 5 months. I looked into My Gym to help build her strength and continue developing her gross motor skills. Everyone at My Gym is absolutely amazing! They always remember everyones names and recognizes us when we come in. We feel so comfortable there and my daughter has an absolute blast. After one class, she started taking steps, and now a couple weeks later shes walking more than she is on her knees moving around. We love everyone at My Gym and the environment there! 100000/10 recommend!

W T I love this Crunch Gym. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. They go above and beyond to help you feel welcome here. They also do not hesitate to answer any questions or needs you have. It is extremely clean here at Lake Mary Crunch. The manager JP is also very knowledgeable and helpful. He has a way to make you smile and also a Great since of humor.

Melissa Burruss We love the coaches they are hard but fun! The kids grows so much not only with there skills but also with friendships throughout the season. Legendary is a family friendly environment and so kind to everyone.
