Larry Neely Today, I went in to speak about an issue and pickup a repaired item. I spoke to a staff member who told me that my sales associate Denise was finishing up. She asked what it was about and I stated I need to speak to her about an issue I was upset about. Not only did she help me ( I didnt get her name) but Thorpe the security guard asked to help and even contacted Kim the manager for me. I did speak with Kim for quite a while, who listened and addressed my concerns. Kim, Denise and Thorpe are fantastic. Denise has helped my wife and I for years. Kim went way up and beyond to remedy the situation but most of all took the time to listen and validate my concerns. David Yurman has some great employees here. Kim has a great staff and you should definitely buy your David Yurman pieces here.

C Pagan 2 rings / Wedding band set left to be sized down from size 7 to size 6. They did phenomenal work on my rings. You can’t tell the ring was cut at all. Loree Thompson Very fast shipping! I was provided a tracking number an hour after I placed my order and received it 4 days later! The packaging showed pride and care in their business and the product. The pendant I ordered was in a nice box tied with a beautiful bow, a handwritten note and a wrapped thank you candy. This pendant/charm matched a bracelet I received when I was probably 7 years old (I’m 68 now) and was thrilled when I saw it. I would definitely purchase from this company again.

Tim Keeports We had a wonderful experience, bringing in a wide range of gold and silver coins, old jewelry, and collectible coins for evaluation. The staff was top-notch and spent an hour plus with us reviewing the items and giving us both a fair price, as well as education on what to do with the items which had no value. These will now be donated to a local youth group. Thanks again!!!

Marlo Martin I initially visited Charles Jewelers to get earring posts put on my tiger eye roses. When I picked them up (they did a great job) I saw the most beautiful opal with diamonds ring in the case. I ended up deciding I had to give it some thought. So then the lady got out a tray of estate jewelry and I found a sapphire ring I loved. I bought the sapphires, picked up my earrings and left. But I couldn’t get the opal out of my mind, I went back to get it a couple of days later. Both times I spent time in this store all of the ladies I spoke with were super nice and we had great conversation about not only jewelry. I leave this store in a brighter mood than I entered with, I will definitely return (when I can justify to myself buying an opal necklace I saw).
