The packaging showed pride and care in their business and the product. The pendant I ordered was in a nice box tied with a beautiful bow, a handwritten note and a wrapped thank you candy. This pendant/charm matched a bracelet I received when I was probably 7 years old (I’m 68 now) and was thrilled when I saw it. I would definitely purchase from this company again.

The staff was top-notch and spent an hour plus with us reviewing the items and giving us both a fair price, as well as education on what to do with the items which had no value.
