I spoke with Valerie on the phone a couple of times. She answered my questions very patiently. I asked for precise measurements of the setting. She got those and called me back quickly. It was a positive experience.
There was an issue with shipping that couldn’t be helped. I had a family medical emergency in another state and didn’t think about calling Gesner to ask them not to ship yet. When I did call, the ring had already shipped. Delivery required a signature. I was out of town and couldn’t sign for it, so it was returned to Gesner. I called and explained. They were understanding and gracious. When they received the ring, they shipped it back to me immediately. I love it so much. It’s beautiful and exactly what wanted.
They resized the ring at their expense. I was nervous about whether it would fit, but it fits perfectly.
From start to finish, there were probably 10-12 phone calls and texts to get everything straightened out. They did not cause any issues, but responded quickly and with understanding to the problems that did arise. I would absolutely purchase from them again.
