Hayes Mickey “Woremochine” FIRST AND FOREMOST!! The front page STILL says "has a swimming pool - has "A SAUNA" - has a shower !!" So the truth is, it has 1 swimming pool, has 1 hottub, and has 2 STEAM ROOMS (1 for male, 1 for female), NOT A SAUNA. Those are 2 very different things. Sauna = dry heat. Steam room = STEAM (wet) NOT DRY heat. Ok, on with the rest of my post. They have a large selection of work out equipment, and many different types of exercise classes. I go every other day and I am really happy with the results that Im getting. The staff is FANTASTIC, and very helpful. Love it there. You will too. I wont be stopping my membership any time soon. T T Management makes a difference. Julia is the new manager and as a former gym owner myself, I have the experience to see her positive effects on this location. She was the one who took the initiative to send emails regarding the closure of Cape Haze & inform people in an inviting way. It is obvious to a person who trains professionally, that a seasoned athlete was active in the placement of the additional equipment (many gyms have the wrong types of people place weight equipment....). As a result, the layout of the gym flows better. Julia is there with a welcoming smile and excellent organizational skills. I almost quit before her arrival, due to shortfalls involving some equipment, but predominantly unprofessional encounters with certain staff. I am very pleased the management brought in this very competent gal.

Woodie Perkins Muscle Asylum is the best gym! Great equipment with a sauna and gym culture atmosphere. Also the staff is amazing! The front desk greets you as you enter with your first name! Great customer service that makes the gym feel like a second home. Not to mention every night the entire gym gets a thorough cleaning! Best gym around!

Yania Gisela Salas Mayea Planet Fitness is a good gym option, especially because it has locations all over the country, which is very convenient for people who travel or move between cities. It offers a good variety of equipment and workout options. However, there are a few areas that could be improved. Sometimes, certain machines are out of service due to technical issues and are not repaired promptly. Also, the training staff is hard to find—I personally have never received assistance from them. Still, overall, it’s an affordable and functional gym that gets the job done.

Ackerman Adam Been working out here for over 15 years. The facility has a nice array of strength training and cardio equipment. The staff are great and always know your name upon check in.

Coach Koko Ultimate 60 Fitness is Absolutely Worth It! I was told about Ultimate 60 by a stranger yesterday, figured I’d check it out. This was one of the most effective 60-minute workouts I’ve ever had! The class was high-energy, the atmosphere electric, and the music kept me moving. Dan’s coaching was on point, motivating, attentive, and genuinely focused on helping everyone push to their best. Great workout, great vibe. I’ll definitely be back!

This is no Planet Fitness.. this is a real gym for Body Building, Power lifting and anyone serious about real fitness. Anyone welcome always from family and kids to Elderly all welcome.. Just starting good we want you. Positive encouragement from everyone always.. everyone helps each other. Feeling a bit not sure come in.. you feel at home we all encourage. VICKI Nothing’s better than going to an amazing, clean and organized Gym, with an amazing staff. Awesome protein drinks and love the posing room. I Highly recommended Second chance for a home gym.
