Miriam not only was an educated advisor on the watches but she celebrated our anniversary with a presentation of the watch that was beautiful and personal! We will always remember Mayors, Miriam and the team making the day and purchase so special!

5 /5 Oreldys Diaz: Mayors at the Town Center has truly impressed me with their professionalism, customer service, and attention to detail, which is why I’m giving them a well-deserved 5-star review. From the moment I walked into the store, I was greeted warmly and treated with respect, regardless of the fact that I am still waiting for my Rolex. The staff has consistently gone above and beyond to make me feel valued as a customer. The showroom itself is elegant, spotless, and welcoming. Browsing their selection of luxury timepieces and jewelry is an experience on its own, and even though Rolex availability is limited everywhere right now, the associates took the time to explain the process, answer all my questions, and keep me updated on my waitlist status. They never made me feel rushed or pressured, and instead created an atmosphere of trust and transparency. What stands out most is their patience and professionalism. Even though I have not yet received my Rolex, I can tell this is a store that values long-term relationships with their clients. They treat you like part of the Mayors family, not just a transaction. Overall, my experience at Mayors has been nothing short of excellent. I’m confident that when my Rolex finally arrives, it will be handled with the same care and dedication I’ve experienced so far. Until then, I’ll continue to look forward to future visits and highly recommend Mayors at the Town Center to anyone seeking luxury watches, fine jewelry, and unmatched customer service.

5 /5 Tom Limber: I am a bit delayed on this review but I wanted to express my appreciation for Patricia, Vernell, Josephine, and Steve for all of the help they gave my wife and I over the past two years or so while we have made several purchases there. The entire team was awesome, and while I don’t yet own a Rolex I am forever hopeful (at least five months now on the interest list!). We obviously will continue to buy other amazing watches and show them to my family, friends, and foundation peers although we are always waiting for that call for that special watch. My wife’s birthday is coming up. Great work and thank you! I am excited about all of the new work you are doing and we will continue to support you all!

This time they had the Rolex of my dreams available for purchase. We absolutely love working with Josephine and she’s been so helpful to us over the years.
