They truly care for their customers like if you are an extension of their family so this is why I will always be a customer here. They are also the best at everything they do! Sales is comfortable and easy, quality of their jewelry and precious stones and watches are amazing. From difficult jewelry repairs to swapping batteries is top notch and quick. Resizing rings and excellent appraisals..they do it all with such dedication. Their fair prices are the best part. It’s an amazing experience that sets them apart. Do not waste your time with anyone else, a true jeweler is hard to find!

A Jones Jaleen is amazing, very friendly and easy to approach. Top notch customer service and product knowledge. I came into the store and was immediately assisted. I had pics and a general idea of what I wanted to buy and she immediately knew the location of every item in the stores inventory, saved me so much time as I normally just wander aimlessly thru the store, get frustrated, and dont buy anything. Jaleen not only assisted me with finding, picking, and purchasing the perfect Valentines Day gift for my friend, she also introduced me to the engraving and boxing service I previously did not know existed. I usually decline up services but her sales pitch was perfect and made so much sense I would have been a fool to decline. Jaleen saved me so much time and was such a breathe of fresh air that I telling all of my family and friends to shop at this location. Thank you Jaleen and the management staff that obviously encourages her to provide such wonderful customer service.

No Name Talk about attentive! From the moment I walked through the door Rachel catered to my every need. Starting from me just looking, to me changing ideas around, to finally finding the perfect ring and placing the order. Start to finish Rachel was patient, polite, and very helpful. She went as far as to sit down with me at a computer and customize what I was looking for from the ground up. Then to top it off, she went above and beyond to even reply to my text messages on her day off. I will definitely continue to use her for my future jewelry needs, and recommend her to anybody I know looking for jewelry.

Blake was very informative and checked in with me several times to make sure I was satisfied with the length and chain style. I asked Gretchen Anderson for help in designing an anniversary ring for my wife that included very modest family stones passed down and she did an amazing job. To be clear this was not a big high dollar project but a very modest piece. She was so helpful and it turned out perfect! Jessica Danley Walking into Gregory’s always makes you feel like family. I love that they keep old jewelry casting traditions alive and you can tell Frank really loves talking about those details. He spent time with my husband picking out my engagement ring and helping him find a wedding gift for me.
