Heart to Help I recently had the pleasure of visiting Fit In Studio, and I must say it was an outstanding experience! The gym was impeccably clean it and well-maintained, which is always a plus in my book. What really stood out to me, however, was a quality of classes and the personal training sessions. The instructors were highly skilled and passionate about their craft, and they pushed me to achieve my fitness goals in a fun and engaging way. Overall, I highly recommend Fit In Studio to anyone looking for a luxury fitness experience.

Clara Marques Best gym in south Florida ever. I have been looking around for a gym since a move here and all the gym in this area are busy and u can not workout with calm but with amped my workout routine it’s really easy and smooth. Sam it’s a great manager. Melissa it’s helpful and very good with her job.

Shelly I love everything at ILKB! Michelle and her team are amazing. The classes pushing you to your limits but with lots of fun. I joined a couple weeks ago and already seeing the progress of transformation

Terry Glatt Perfect gym. Crazy number of machines, for every muscle group. Free weights and rack weights. Well maintained and clean. Cool. Easy. Brian the owner runs a tight ship and youll love the re-rack your weights enforcement; machines are ready for your weights when you are. Convenient, accessible 24/7 with your fob. Trainers available. Everyone is nice and knowledgeable. Im down 10 lbs. already. Just a great place to work out.

Heidi Sakes F45 visited our apartment complex. They were prepared with a 10 circuit program which involved strength, resistance and cardio stations. As a 61 year old without much training, both trainers were encouraging, professional and were quick to help me modify any activity that I needed!! Kudos to F45!!! What really sets this place apart is the management. Zachariah O. is incredibly helpful, kind, and genuinely cares about the members. Whether it’s answering questions, helping with equipment, or just greeting you kindly, he creates a welcoming and motivating atmosphere. Z z Duane is Best!! Wish you the best of luck! This location is closing at the end of the month. the only thing I’m truly sad about is leaving my trainer. He has been amazing — he helped me go from completely lost to finally having a clear direction. He might look a little serious at first, ；） but once you talk to him, you realize he’s actually very kind and genuinely loves helping people. He enjoys his work and always shares his own fitness experience. Honestly, he’s the most helpful trainer I’ve met so far. I really hope he gets assigned to another Planet Fitness near me one day.
