The Strength District
Rosi Colmenares I have been coming here for a while. I took Pauline for barre and it was amazing. She’s an excellent instructor and will guide you. I took Michelle for reformer pilates and absolutely loved it! She’s an amazing and knowledgeable instructor. I am a beginner in pilates and was scared the class wouldn’t be manageable but she was amazing and now I don’t miss a chance to take her class! Also, the studio is very clean and parking is free. I definitely recommend it

I really recommend you guys take advantage of the FITNESS ASSESSMENT that they offer. Even if you dont buy personal training, they help you and give you instructions to able to understand how to be successful in this journey.

Terry Glatt Perfect gym. Crazy number of machines, for every muscle group. Free weights and rack weights. Well maintained and clean. Cool. Easy. Brian the owner runs a tight ship and youll love the re-rack your weights enforcement; machines are ready for your weights when you are. Convenient, accessible 24/7 with your fob. Trainers available. Everyone is nice and knowledgeable. Im down 10 lbs. already. Just a great place to work out.
