Sally Botkin I found DFit through my daughter. While in town over Christmas, she used her Class Pass and went to the group training. She came back and said. "Mom, I think you and Dad would like this place", and yes, we do. First, EVERYONE says hello and calls you by name! I find this one of the friendliest gyms - its refreshing and an example to all, how small gestures make a big difference. As for the gym, it is very clean and professionally run. Danny, the owner, has created an inviting atmosphere to work out. They have created classes and workouts that cater to anyone. I happen to like the group training - only 4 of us in the class, but our workouts are all individually tailored. My trainers are Michael and Aaron, and they are both great! Thanks for helping us get into shape!

Bruce Rubinowicz We have really enjoyed going to this gym. It’s clean, not crowded and most of the people who use it are friendly. The staff is very helpful and responsive, especially Stephen. We worth going to.

john foley Dropped in during a vacation, and wish I’d had a chance to come back more. Fun class, friendly and welcoming, and you can tell this place is genuinely supportive of athletes at all levels. Will definitely be back next time I’m in town.

sara swerdloff Orangetheory fitness is the most amazing gym ever in United States. I’ve been to a lot of gyms I did Zumba. I did LA fitness I did another gym which is a private gym with a trainer. I never built muscle when I came to Orangetheory. I started building muscle. I never love this gym so much in my life I’m so thankful that I could be part of the Orangetheory fitness. Thank you for making my journey so special. I can’t wait for more journeys with you guys. Can’t wait to get my classes up to 2000 and more.

Samantha Mujica The best gym in Fort Lauderdale and I dare to say, in all Florida. I have been assisting to Rise Athletics & Wellness for just over a year and I cannot explain how, as a trainer myself, this place has helped me improve and rethink my workouts. My favorite part of their classes is that they truly focus on intention, quality movements and functionality. The trainers are constantly making sure you are executing all exercises with control, maintaining good posture and guiding you into creating a true mind-body connection. Their classes are creative and they are well balanced, including aspects of strength, flexibility, balance and speed/force. My last but most important highlight, is the quality of trainers and how inviting and passionate they are. This place truly becomes a space of gathering and community that is very much needed in any fitness and health environment. If you are looking to start or improve your quality of movements and get yourself strong; I would encourage you to try some of their classes. Top notch!

Angela Carrasco BEST GYM! Ive been coming here since day 1 of opening. It is convenient for me because I work very close to here but my commute home is a good hour, so i stay and workout to beat the rush hour traffic. It is month to month terms and affordable! The gym has showers, lockers, every piece of equipment you can imagine and more! Its not your typical gym. The Owner Bill is so nice and is there everyday greeting his clients and showing us new ways of doing things. I have been working out for years and I much prefer this gym over any of the other ones I have gone to. I highly recommend CLUB 110!!!! Try it out :)
