Chris was able to find the perfect aquamarine and utilize some diamonds from a piece I no longer wore. I love it, and get so many compliments! ScareCrow1255 gaming I went to the Coastland Center Mall in Naples, FL to find something for my wife for our upcoming anniversary. Things werent looking so good as I noticed that 2 major jewelry stores had shut down. Just as I was planning to leave, I see this kiosk near the food court called "Unique Gold & Silver" and decide to see what they had. Lemme tell you, his selection and quality were second to none!! This aint no Piercing Pagoda, this was real deal stuff. 10k,14k...etc. Needless to say, I got my wife the perfect necklace at a reasonable price. She loves it!!! I was so impressed with the service as well. I had no idea what to get my wife but the guy who helped me, clearly knows his stuff and more or less can tell you what to get a person just based on little tidbits of info about that person. Its pretty amazing actually but hes clearly been doing this for a while based on his knowledge of jewelry.

I was transparent and told her I was just browsing, and despite that she treated me with the utmost importance. While she was preparing my beverage, Vincent got me set up and pulled the pieces I was interested in! When he found out I was a jeweler, he started showing me pieces that exhibited beautiful innovated craftsmanship. Both Vincent and Bianca were warm and provided an exceptional experience that tailored to me both as a customer and as a jeweler; they treated me with respect and value! And I cannot forget to mention their security detail! He was just as polite and warm! Everyone in this store has a high level of emotional intelligence and brand knowledge. Irene Read I’ve been going to Zak’s for over 40 years. They have designed rings, earrings and repaired my jewelry throughout the years. I love Diane who always seems to be there when I go in. Beautiful showroom with new and some estate or previously owned pieces. It’s my go to place for all my jewelry needs. I highly recommend. Please be patient as showroom does get very busy.
