5 /5 Adjani Shah: I had such a beautiful experience at this location! I was visiting from Tampa and from the moment I walked in I was greeted by Bianca and her warm smile. I was transparent and told her I was just browsing, and despite that she treated me with the utmost importance. While she was preparing my beverage, Vincent got me set up and pulled the pieces I was interested in! When he found out I was a jeweler, he started showing me pieces that exhibited beautiful innovated craftsmanship. Both Vincent and Bianca were warm and provided an exceptional experience that tailored to me both as a customer and as a jeweler; they treated me with respect and value! And I cannot forget to mention their security detail! He was just as polite and warm! Everyone in this store has a high level of emotional intelligence and brand knowledge. I can’t wait to return and make a purchase with them!

1 /5 Alona Makarenko: Extremely disappointed in my recent experience at the Van Cleef boutique in Naples, FL. The only professional who works there was the security gentleman that greeted me at the front door. I was shopping to treat myself with something special and thought Van Cleef earrings would be ideal! The sales Associates were not in the store at the beginning, and when finally showed up - treated me odd, I felt like I was being scrutinized with a bevy of personal questions. It was more of an “Interrogation” vs a “Welcome” experience. Bianca was not only cold and not very brand knowledgeable, but she could not even handle a transaction with grace. She argued and was condescending to me and tried to make the sale more complicated and blamed "policies of the company". What should have been a luxury experience - became a bureaucratic nightmare. I ended up buying earrings but will return them shortly as I am actually not interested in wearing jewelry that does not hold a good memory for me.

1 /5 Chad C: Im looping this store into my horrible overall Van Cleef experience. I reached out to Van Cleefs main contact number on 4/16, ready to purchase/order a bracelet. I was told I would be contacted within 24 hours. I never got a call. I called back on 4/18, and was told to contact the Naples store to help me with my order. I called that day, nobody answered the phone so I left a message. Never got a call back. I called Van Cleefs main number again on 4/21, was again told to contact the Naples store. Naples finally called me back on 4/23, but by that point, the price of the bracelet was increased. I feel I was purposely ignored until the price change went into effect, as the bracelet was the original price, conveniently, until 4/23. Naples refused to honor the original price, which I was prepared to pay on 4/16. Feel like we were punished due to VCs customer service ineptitude, or purposely ignored until we could be charged more. Super shady.

5 /5 Bao Le: First and foremost, Bianca was an absolute doll when taking care of us. Very personable and professional all at the same time. For someone of her age, she was very professional and super friendly. My wife and I had an absolute great time with her. Thank you Bianca for helping me make my ten year wedding anniversary gift for my wife a very pleasurable and memorable experience!

5 /5 Tony Filson: Love the store in NYC, just wish they had better inventory in Naples, FL as I love to shop there for birthdays and anniversaries. Its one of the few jewlwers where you can still get important pieces and the quality and workmanship are as they were 40-50 years ago.
