2 /5 Ned Potithavoranant: Update: The support team did reach out to me, 5 months later, to assure me that its being handled and discussed among leadership. Im glad to hear this, but unfortunately, doesnt change my 2 star review. For me, a 3 star would indicate that I would at least consider going back, but at this point, I have no reason for my family to return to this store as customers. I certainly do give them kudos for reaching out, so thank you.
My wife went in to purchase a gift for her sister for mothers day and the manager, whatever her name is, was exceptionally rude to her. Her demeanor and tone were very belittling and it was like pulling teeth to get any help to make this purchase. Id highly recommend this lady, manager, whatever, take some classes on how to interact with customers. Is it really so hard to be a decent human being?
