5 /5 ruben rodriguez: I called and got literally the lowest price after 6 other companies. I was helped through the process by a very helpful Agent by the name of Ramon. He followed up with me and made sure i was fully taken care of. I appreciate all the help i was given and the undivided attention. The only gripe i have is it seems like i was put on mute numerous times maybe there is a reasoning for this or not and during the the end of the call the call quality was really bad and we had to finish the transaction via text once again not his fault maybe faulty equipment. Even then he made sure to communicate with me anyway possible and finished out strong by being quick with responses and instruction. I really appreciate the help Ramon and look foward to being a customer for a while.

1 /5 SECOND2NONE AUTOCENTER: What a lock of respect and consideration with a customer. Placing a customer on hold without consent is not professional and transferring the customer around all your offices its even worse. Customer had to leave our place without insurance because of you guys, After the paperwork was sent to you guys, you said that you were going to return the call back and never did. When the customer called you guys several times, you decided to sent him an email saying that you were closed for the day. Unbelievable :( Bad Business. Way to go
