Krizia Kiiara Jason was so wonderful to work with. Switching insurances was a hard choice for me to make, especially after being with one company for such a long time. But we worked together to choose the policy that would work best for me and he made sure to explain every part of it and answered all the questions I had. Right when I thought his service couldn’t get any better, it did. It was pouring rain when I was leaving and he escorted me out to my car with an umbrella. I’d recommend Nick Glaeser- State Farm to any and everyone I know!

Steve Simpson I am a two-time client of East and Greenwell. Used them for house, auto, umbrella, and golf cart insurance…..then switched once when I got a “cheaper” quote and switched providers. Big mistake! My cheapness ended up with a company who was not supportive, had terrible customer service, and within a few months experienced the bait and switch to higher premiums. Theyre extremely busy hence why they may sound so serious over the phone most times, but they strive to assist within one call with full, detailed explanation.
