I note from reading the reviews that apparently, there are people who have confused Edison Insurance Group with another entity that has a similar name. I can say as a longtime client of Edison Insurance Group (having had my homeowners insurance with them for the past many years, as well as other insurance policies), I have always found the entire staff to be professional, pleasant, knowledgeable, helpful and prompt in responding. Tuleah Johnson I keep asking them to stop calling me the young man kept asking for my information ignoring my request i asked at least 10 times for him to get off of my phone he was very sarcastic, i asked for a supervisor and acts if he put me on hold and then comes back saying he is the supervisor! Very very unprofessional and i would never use Family First for anything....
