Ann Lawrence I have been taking Teddy to Mel since he was 1 years old. My brother was taking his dog to him also. He is so kind and great with Teddy. Teddy gives Mel a hug when he sees him. He loves Mel and Deb. They are great with him and they make him so handsome. Thank you for taking good care of him while he is with you.

Lynn Merritt Such a sweet couple! Not only did they treat my newly adopted Yorkie with kindness and patience, they both were so kind to me as well, meeting them for the first time. I love the fact that they only take in two dogs at a time. My Ruby was finished within an hour and a half, as are their intentions with all pups, not leaving them to be stressed all day waiting for their human families to return. Pampered Paws is super convenient for me, but would recommend to anyone.

Lisa Monson Very warm and welcoming salon! All of the stylist are exceptionally talented and will listen to what you want. I found their selection of polishes to be very large. I highly recommend this nail salon! If youre new to nail salons and thinking about getting acrylics or gel nails I would definitely start here!

Xenia Singleton My nails came out beautiful! I wanted blue French with rhinestones, and I got exactly that! The shape is perfect, the acrylic amount used on my nails was perfect… Sometimes I get my nails done, and I’m not completely happy… I am completely happy with my nails. Take a look at my pictures.! Sue did it again ! The next time I got my nails filled I got a pale lavender, and the shape is beautiful! For fall I tried a brown color I saw on Sue’s desk, I feel the color is beautiful and I love it although my friends don’t. I think I’m going to keep getting this French design, yup that is what I want! Also… I just read some of their bad reviews and I’m so happy these women will not be coming back to the salon. I am very pleased with the service I receive, and everyone is so nice and sweet. Just make an appointment! :-)

Lauren Durant I was a walkin and they saw me right away. The staff was nice but my nails did not turn out well. I asked for nude/natural nails and the tech said she would do ombre and said she was very good at doing ombre nails. She charged me $65. I had to go to another salon to get them fixed.

Sabrina Calello Absolutely love Nail Star. Scott and Kim are the best. My nails are always on point. I am never disappointed. My nails are not the easiest to work with lol as I have oily nail bed which causes the acrylic to lift sooner than most. And it doesnt matter if I have tips put on, acrylic or dip, I am a dog groomer so I prefer to have acrylic over top my real nails.

Emily Valhuerdi My first visit here back in October was wonderful. Luna did a fantastic job! She took her time and was patient with my daughter (as it was her first time getting fake nails). I believe Scott (possible co-owner, but not positive) did my nails and he was wonderful as well and they both deserve 5 stars. They are the reason I’m not giving the owner the one star review that she deserves. I came back today with my daughter, my mom and sister-in-law because of the first positive experience, but unfortunately left feeling very disappointed. The manager/possible owner does NOT listen and imposes her opinion and does what she wants regardless of what you are asking! I will not go into all the details, but she needs to learn to LISTEN to what the customer is asking and do what is requested instead of saying that won’t look good and doing as SHE wants. She did this with both my daughter and myself. She rushed through my nails. She was working on a design for my daughter and then she sat me down about 15 minutes after my mom and sister-in-law yet somehow she managed to rush my gel manicure and I was done before them (they got the same thing) I asked her not to cut my nails that short and she said she needed to make them even, I repeated I didn’t want them short and asked her just to file and she continued to clip them with the nail clipper and then filed the crap out of them anyways, making them even shorter. She was also grabbing my feet roughly and placing it where she wanted it more than once. I want to be understanding that it’s New Years Eve and they were very busy, but I am a paying customer and there’s no excuse for this type of treatment. After this experience, I don’t think we’ll be back.

Jessica Lee I went to this salon last night and I am so disappointed!!! The nail doesn’t even go to the cuticle. Every single nail is messed up and it’s so ugly I’m so upset!!!! I want them taken off and redone correctly! It’s a shame you guys can charge so much and do such a poor job. I even tipped well! Never again. Oh and I got glow in the dark and not even 24hrs later and it don’t glow.

Sonia Kordacks Have been going to this salon for 12 years. Linda has made me a happy lady. I do suggest the techs greet the patrons to make people welcome. Salon is always clean.

Phyllis Musso I am new to the Spring Hill area and was recommended to this salon. I’m all about sanity and this place is not. Got a gel manicure and my tech soaked my hand for about 10 seconds and wiped the soapy water with a paper towel then proceeded to use tools that were not sterilize. What happened to warm towels. I would not recommend this place if value cleanliness

Ginny Kelly I stopped in to get my dogs license. I was promptly taken care of by a very nice woman. I did visit the dog kennel while there. The kennels were clean and the dogs looked well. It is very sad to see all these animals in the shelter.

Maggie First off love the fact that they are open on Sunday because what a great way to end the weekend. I did a pedicure and a full set of acrylic nails and was nervous as it was my first time here but this may be my new go to spot. Service was great and very relaxing and price was fair. My nails turned out beautiful and I love the attention to detail on the shape and making them look natural. The nail technician also followed my inspo picture perfectly and checked in multiple times with me to ensure I was happy with the set I got.

Kim Having graduated beauty school myself in the 90’s, I wish it was 1/2 this good as Bene’s. I’ve never been in such good company who understood my hair, and I walked out of there with my hair BETTER than any salon I’ve paid full price for in the last 20 years. Super helpful wonderful hands-on instructor’s that cares about their students, all the while ensuring the clients hair is on point during the entire process. Lily, and ALL the other wonderful ladies who not only made my hair into something I only dreamed, I am SO grateful for you. Thank you, it meant more to me than you’ll ever know. ❤️

Kenneth Bringenberg Saw this place--oddly enough--on my way to the barber shop and saw a sign that read "Haircuts-$5". Theyre students --not experienced--but thought Id give it a try. After a short wait, a student came for me, took me to one of the "classrooms" and gave me a great trim. And, yes, it was only $5! I dont remember seeing any signs regarding tips but I gave my student barber a few bucks.

laura naumann I visited Benes for the first time today and got what is probably the best haircut ever for $10! The student (Alexis) did a terrific job - the instructor checked every step. I cant wait to try their other services.

Suzanne Strell Great place, I followed my girl Nikki to this place. Go to see her she does awesome nails. This is hombre with a little sparkle. So pretty. The pedicure was also amazing & so relaxing. I give this new place a 5 for sure. They also do eyebrow, wax & eyebrow & lash tinting. Give them a try you won’t be disappointed.

Danielle Bailey We had never been here before yesterday but received a gift card for it. My daughter is not an easy client to please, for her to have no complaints is a very difficult feat to accomplish, this place took it to a whole new level with her being very happy with the outcome, a feat I thought was impossible.The kind (she didn’t catch his name but said he was the owner) tech even stayed after hours to compete the set with all of the intricate details she asked for. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and we will be back for sure.

Izzy Belle Ive been going to Nail so Happy for more than 10 years. When I first moved to Spring Hill I tried some other places but was not happy with the results. Found Nails So Happy and havent gone anywhere else. The salon is always clean and all the technicians are friendly. Tim and Luann are the best. I dont pick colors or designs anymore I leave that to Tim and he never disappoints. I always get compliments on the designs. Their pedicures are the best. The massages are great. Lately my leg shakes while doing my pedicure. Yao is awesome. She does a great job removing ingrown nails. Gives me tips on making my feet feel better. I introduced pedicures to my boyfriend and he loves them. Luann does my eyebrows and does an amazing job. Thank you Tim and Luann for having a great nail place to attend.

Chrissie Parris I love the Nail So Happy team! They always greet me like an old friend and make sure to ask and accommodate my needs. I even get recommendations for colors when I can’t make up my mind. My nails get compliments all the time and they take time to make sure the job is done right. The salon is clean and welcoming and it’s the only place I go when I need my nails done.

Ewelina Krzanowska Honestly, It was not welcoming as you walk in . One associate that work there as if they do not rely on work anymore or building a client base. The pedicure was about 20 minutes for a gel spa pedicure ** and rushed and I have a giant cut , and because the file machine was used to file off previous nail Color at what seemed like a higher speed it weakened my natural nail and caused breakage of my natural nail. I myself am a cosmetologist and was able to spot a few things wrong . This person seemed like a angry person and it was not a pleasant experience as someone who wants to just get away and get their nails done should have. I did not get her name but she was the second station to the right in the back, I am not happy because I am big on tipping and paying for work that is worth it!

DeniseD37 I had been actively searching for someone who would accommodate us for my daughters homecoming nails. Our schedule this week was terrible and we only had a window on Monday, after a work meeting ,to do them. I called in the morning and they said they could take her. I know how it feels to have someone walk in , close to closing time. They stayed later to get them done. Her nails came out beautiful and we are extremely appreciative that they were able to help us out. These women work hard and long hours. Im sure they get treated like crap alot. We are grateful to them for showing us grace and in the retail/service industry myself, there are very few times when people show any sort of grace or empathy. I just wanted to thank the staff for being there and helping us out.

They both have done my pedicures and do a phenomenal job. This past time I went in, Lily helped me remove my acrylics and preserved as much as my natural nail as possible, cleaning everything up to a T. Definitely recommend! Morgan Lavina New owner is an absolute delight!! Offered me a beverage as soon I sat down. My nail tech made conversation the whole time and initiated a really nice bond! It was a great experience compared to other times. My nails look amazing as well!

Adriana Marie I have always loved coming here Andy and Lena always made my time here fun And enjoyable and I always left with great nails. Lately not so much I came in two days ago for a fill the guy thinned out my nails so bad. They’re all starting to Break at the tip where he thinned out so bad I came in today to get it fixed now I’m back home and another one broke. I don’t even wanna call back and let them know you can’t tell them anything when I told the lady they were a little thin and they did not have an Apex She said that they were perfect, which they are not $50 for a fill and my nails keep breaking. I want my money back.

Senior Liaison I had been going to this salon for years. Each time I watched it become more and more dirty. The last time was the last straw. It has become the filthiest place Ive ever seen. They clearly use dirty water to "clean" the floors and there is a massive buildup of old dirt around and up the baseboards. The pedicure chair bases have dirt built up in the seams and down the sides. The carts at each chair look like theyve never been touched. When I spend over $100 every few weeks I expect a good experience in addition to good service. Some of the techs rush and others Ive come to request are wonderful and provide caring and beautiful work. With all the competition in the area, the owners need to take a good hard look at their place if they want to keep loyal customers. Its time for me to find a place with owners who care.

No professional by the owner 00 also since the beginning she was very unprofessional please read my review is horrible don’t go there. Very Ruth don’t give people like that money she need to know that in order to progress her bussiness needs to learn we are her bussines she own her bussiness to her clients. Xenia Singleton I’ve been going to Lee Nails for a long time. Amy owns the salon and she’s absolutely amazing! She does an amazing job with your nails and she just revamped the salon. It’s absolutely gorgeous! You have to go check them out and give them a try! The last time I visited I got a manicure with gel and a pedicure with gel, it was only $75 ($90 with tip). Alba helped me and she is amazing! Go check them out! Don’t walk……Run and ask for Alba!!! She is the absolute best!!! I love her work! The salon is also beautiful!!!

Saige Curtis I had the worst experience on Friday August 9th. The service took all of 30 minutes and there was no conversation. I did not even have time to look over color options. I walked in started to look at swatches and the nail lady came over grabbed four swatches and took me to her chair to where I had to look at swatches while she started the service. The whole appointment was rushed and not enjoyable. None of the nails are even and the nail tech took all of my length off my natural nails. Not even two days later and my nails are already chipping. Will be calling to talk to manager on Monday.
