Nails So Happy - Panama City Beach (FL)

3 /5 Michelle Garrett: The nail services themselves were excellent, but the overall customer service could use significant improvement. My friend and I arrived at 1:30 PM and didn’t leave until 4:00 PM, which felt excessive. My nail technician, Kim, did a great job, and Hep, who polished my toes, was wonderful as well. I appreciated his gentleness, especially given that I have a broken toe. I used a translator app to communicate with me. However, during our entire visit, we were not offered anything to drink. We couldn’t help but notice that when an older white lady came in, she was quickly offered water, and the staff brought her the nail color options. In contrast, we were simply told to “pick a color and have a seat.” I’ll leave it to others to decide whether this place is worth their time and money.

4 /5 Gien Garcia: Reasonable prices. I did a walk-in pedicure for $35. No wait time when i went. Good selection of colors. Sucks their a/c went out the day i went. Their hygiene protocol can be better. Most nail salons have autoclaves now and don’t reuse their dirty tools on the next person. At least dip it in some barbicide or something…. nothing against the techs, they were all nice and friendly.

4 /5 Jewelia Brindel: Me and my sister got our nails done here while we were visiting Panama City. We had Linda. She was super sweet. All the staff was friendly and welcoming. They were pretty busy so we did wait for a little while but it was worth the wait. Highly recommend!
