1 /5 JaNea White: I don’t get my nails done very often, and this is my first time at this salon. I was saying I wanted just the basic nude pink polish with French tips. I thought that was just called a French manicure. He tried to get more info on what I wanted, but because I was new I was just saying whatever the French tip/manicure is. Which there could be some blame on me because I didn’t know exactly what I wanted since I was new but the ways to achieve a French manicure was also not explained and I did not know the differences. I ended up getting fake white tips with acrylic then clear gel polish on top. He rushed through the entire process and at the end I had a whole bunch of air bubbles everywhere. On literally every single nail. You can see that in the first set of pictures below. I paid $50 for this. I came back in and told them I was not satisfied with the service. I showed him all the air bubbles and he said that’s how they always come out. He made it seem like I should’ve known that they were going to be like that. He offered to “fix them” For another $10. I had to pick an extremely bright pink to cover up the first white tip and then he painted on that pink then painted on the white tips. The “fix” are the photos below. These look like cheap press on nails And I am so dissatisfied. In total, I paid $60 for two bad services. Take it for me, do not come here. It was a waste of time and money.
