Lauren Henderson LaRose is the best spot to get your nails done! Everyone is very talented and they can do so many designs, everyone here is an artist! I highly recommend seeing T. She goes above and beyond - the color I usually like didn’t come in gel so T created the perfect color for me herself! Their cuticle work is fabulous. They have great ventilation too and it always smells nice. 10/10 service, atmosphere, and artistry!

Elizabeth Vallejo While I have generally had great experiences at nail salons in Tallahassee, this was by far the best! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. The moment I walked in the door, I was asked if I wanted any color suggestions or needed help picking my colors. I got a pedicure and gel manicure done. Ben did the pedicure and Chloe did the gel manicure, and both of them took their time but did an excellent job. I decided to go with a ten minute leg massage from Ben, too, and it was so relaxing and great! I love how customer-centered everyone is. I am so happy I decided to try their salon; I will definitely be back!

Jezzie Belle Took my daughter-in-law for a Christmas treat. The ambiance is wonderful and very welcoming. We got the Golden pedicure and gel manicure combo. It was absolutely amazing. So relaxing. The parafin wax and hot stones were heavenly. Kathy and Louis were amazing and very knowledgeable. We will definitely be back to indulge in this golden nugget again. Highly recommend for a truly relaxing and pampering experience.

Andrea Moore Clean, friendly, professional, and accommodating. This place is brand spanking new, with comfortable massage chairs and pristine tools. Kim did a wonderful job on my pedicure. I’m usually shy about asking for extra attention on my callouses, but it’s been so long since I’ve had a pedicure- I asked for some help with the thick skin and dry heels. Kim smiled and said, “Oh, I know what you need”. She even gave me a quick consultation for a manicure(I’m trying to grow and strengthen my natural nails). She made a recommendation without talking me in to services that I don’t need. Y’all, I walked in with horse hooves and pranced out with baby feet and twinkle toes. I will definitely be back.

Natisha Wilson We didn’t know what to expect, as we were walk-ins near the end of day. Kim took me for my pedicure and Kelvin took Jazzmin for her full set of nails. I figured it would be the same old thing I always experience with nail shops but I was wrong! I have struggled with my big toes hurting and being sensitive for YEARS! I have gotten pedicures before but nothing ever changed regarding the pain. Kim knew what my problem was right away! I had ingrown toe nails and she cut them away and guess what…NO MORE PAIN!!! I can actually touch my toes and there is no pain whatsoever. Every other shop I have ever been to would just merely paint my nails while I was squirming in pain. I decided during my pedicure to go ahead and get my nails done. After Kim finished, Danny took over. He did an amazing job on my gold nails. I don’t like them too thick so they are perfect to my liking! Jazzmin has really small hands so you’ve got to know what you’re doing, as her nails have to be built for her little hands. Kelvin knocked it out the park and the manicure looked amazing. Jazzmin and Michelle had a wonderful time here and we are repeat customers for sure! Thanks so much Golden Nails!!! Steph Morales Although staff was very friendly and welcoming, the work was not as great. Like someone else, I went based on reviews, but HOW are they so "good"? I was a walk-in that needed a fill after my Christmas nails were falling apart. I was gladly taken in. I had an older gentleman at 1st. He started removing my old polish and when it came down to removing a nail I had break in half he went to remove it by using a fake nail to pop it off and I immediately pulled my hand back and freaked out. I said to him, "Youre not about to rip this nail off my nail bed. Do you not soak the acrylic off?" He then assured me he was going to be quick, and it wasnt a problem, and I said NO once again. I asked if they didnt do soak off, to which he then responded okay okay okay and got that gel polish remover thats advertised online that "peels the gel polish off" and he was able to safely remove the nail but he was rough. The way he was grabbing my hands, squeezing on my fingertips, and using his nail to peel my skin off the acrylic, which was very painful as he was digging on the sides of my nail beds. He was also very aggressive with the E-file and left my nails with tons of ridges. After he was done aggressively filing my fingernails and telling me to go wash my hands, he walked away, and I walked back to an empty table. A young gentleman comes in and starts prepping my nails for gel base. Once that was done, another gentleman came up and told me, "Im going to do your design," and I literally chuckled and said, "What the hell is going on here?!" After he painted my last nail and had my hand in the UV lamp ANOTHER lady came up and she finished off my nails by making sure they were dry and put oil on them, she was also the same one that cashed me out. My gel was not cured enough, so they peeled and melted my acrylic. Not to mention, the acrylic used looks more like a rubber base. It was also applied poorly. It hasnt even been a week later, and my acrylic is lifting and peeling off my nails. I paid $70 for this poor job! Needless to say, Im from out of town and I should have listened to one of my employees telling me not to go here.

Jaliyah Roberts On 12/14/2024, I visited this shop because I kept hearing good reviews about it. While I was getting a pedicure the lady in the blue was very rude and aggressive, so I told her to see if someone else can do it because I did not like how rough she was being. So, I got another worker he was nice but he switched to the guy in the black. Soon as he sat down he was rude and aggressive. I asked him to make my French line even on both big toes because they were uneven. He then caught an attitude and started saying w.e he was saying in his primary language. If this how people get treated as new customers, I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!! Yurki who did my nails 10/10 well mannered, caring, gentle. Anytime I messed up I said I’m sorry and she was ok with it. They need to hire people like her!!!

Jess Hodge Perfect place to get nails done. Very fast, organized, and phenomenal work. Atmosphere is quiet and relaxing. They use tub liners for pedis and the shop is small but very clean.

Judy Moats I am in love!!! Tina does a wonderful job on my nails!!! She’s the first manicurist I’ve ever gone to that I feel comfortable leaving the final result in her hands. Chris does an amazing job for pedicures. There has only been a couple of times Tina nor Chris were available and I’ve still received excellent service. The shop is extremely clean and the atmosphere calming. Thank you for amazing experiences! HIGHLY recommend!!

Sydney Smiley Update: I’m updating this review because I was contacted and offered to redo my toes. Based on this customer service alone, I know these are wonderful people and I appreciate the kindness in her voice. I know typically you should speak up while you are at the salon about any issues, but I’m pretty big and pregnant and it’s hard for me to see my toes up close and notice blemishes. I will definitely be back here for future services. I wanted to love this place so bad! It’s so pretty, peaceful, and the staff is so super nice. I am just highly disappointed in the pedicure I received. Being 8 months pregnant, all I wanted was a good pedicure to last until after I give birth. So I was gifted a trip here. However, I don’t think this will last even a week. There’s gel polish on my cuticles, the layering is SO thick on several nails that I know it could peel off pretty easily.. I had a broken pinky toe nail that was painted over, not cut.. I haven’t been able to reach it well to cut it myself. But the woman just painted over it.. it was an older lady, and she was so sweet that I feel bad even leaving this review. But I am so disappointed at the sloppy application. It was hard for me to see details while I was there because again, very pregnant.. but being home and looking in different lights i just keep finding issues and it makes me sad. I would like to go back here again because I believe it was just an off day, or maybe just the employee I got.. but I may just stick with my original nail salon. Such an adorable place though.

Linda Friedlander Ive been coming here for almost two years and every time is a wonderful experience. The nail techs are so sweet and do an awesome job. They will do whatever you want done. They also offer facials and waxing. Ive only had my eyebrows done and they do a great job. I wish I could give them more than five stars since they are worth more. ❤️

riley So my friend and I came in with absolutely rancid feet today as a walk-in, we’re immediately helped and directed to a bath. we waited a good 10 minutes because they were busy then got service. the ladies were so nice and did us well, our feet look so much better and they were gentle and careful the whole time. 10/10 will come back again, a full pedicure with gel coated $40 which is understandable because of how hardworking the ladies are. I will be recommending Dynasty to all of my friends because of how great the service was. Thanks again ladies!

Elie Tate I got a manicure here a couple of days ago and I had the best experience! They squeezed my mom and I in with no appointment and did such a good job. They weren’t focused on getting us in and out as fast as possible but really took their time to make sure that our nails looked awesome! Super clean and smelled great. Definitely go here if you’re looking for an upscale experience for manageable prices.

Melina Walker I’ve tried this place 6 times and have gone to different people and haven’t been pleased. This time, the tech didn’t even paint the pink gel on my entire nail. In addition to poor service, I’ve only experienced a friendly nail technician half of the times I have come in.

Jennifer Michelle I read a ton of reviews before scheduling appointments online for me and my daughter. We were both getting spa pedicures and my daughter was getting a full set of acrylics. I chose specific people for our services based on the reviews I had read. We enjoyed our pedicures but as we were finishing up with those, we were told that the nail technician we had scheduled the nail appointment with was “running behind” and they asked if we would mind someone else doing the full set for my daughter. I said that I would like to have the person I booked the appointment with do them. I was again told that she was running behind and we would need to let someone else do them. Needless to say, my daughter’s nails looked AWFUL!! The shaping of them was terrible and he had run the drill thing all up on her fingers (behind the cuticles)…2 of the places where the skin was drilled off ended up looking pretty nasty. Also, the nails didn’t match her pedicure because the technician took it upon himself to do gel polish, instead of the regular polish that was requested when I booked the online appointment. If he would’ve used the same polish that was given to him, that was used on her toenails, they would’ve matched perfectly! Instead, her nails were a much lighter blue than the navy on her toes, and obviously it cost more money as well. Very dissatisfied with this experience and will definitely be finding a new nail place!!

Selvia Adel Terrible service! I wasted 3 hours and a half to do a full set and the minute I came home, I noticed that my toe polish is already gone bad. So unprofessional and such a waste of my time and money! I walked in the next day to fix it and the manager was so rude!! I’m so disappointed. He didn’t even want to change the polish brand for me and he literally walked away while I was explaining the issue. NEVER AGAIN at this place! So unprofessional and ridiculous.

Unix 726 I was nervous because I like my nails certain shape and style but they did great! The Spa itself is very clean, and very cool in design, open and modern and luxury. My Nail tech Alice did amazing and I will be coming back to her from now on. Looking forward to their other services as well.

Lexi The service was excellent. I got an acrylic full set, and Andy did it for me. The service itself was five star, however, the customer service is one star. As I was getting my nails done, I noticed the owner kept walking up and down the aisle and looking me up and down without even saying hello. She would occasionally stop and whisper to the nail tech and glance up at me. I am not sure if they were talking about me or not, however, I felt very uncomfortable. I feel that it is unprofessional to stare down a customer and then whisper to the nail tech in front of them without even saying hello or smiling. I used to frequent the salon, however, I will not be back and would never recommend to anyone.

Beck Lamb I was visiting from out of state and, in need of a pedi, found this gem — I was very impressed and would definitely return! Super lovely staff — over the phone when booking as well as in person. Very professional, very clean salon — is very spacious and looks quite new. I was offered coffee, soda water or wine as I sat and had my pedi (wow!). Good range of polish color choices. Excellent condition of massage chairs (a rarity in nail salons these days!). Ashley in particular was a super lovely young professional — very chatty, friendly and personable. Oh, and she did an excellent pedi and her massage pressure is perfect!!

Erika Lang Their salon is beautiful, clean and relaxing. Every professional working there is experienced and does a fabulous job. I’ve never had a manicure that was so precise. She was flipping my hands, in every angle, to confirm my cuticles were immaculate and nails were precise in length. The cuticle care put me to sleep due to the relaxation. I have short nails and they need to stay short. And they always surprise me when they look and feel longer. And healthier. I’ll never go anywhere else. Prices are competitive and worth every penny.

Rachel Denison First time at this salon. I booked a full acrylic set with Andy at 4pm. I showed him a picture and we both agreed it was simple. Only my ring finger nails were to be pink. He started with painting my piny pink and I mentioned it was suppose to be black. He continued to paint all of my nails pink. Once he was done painting I showed him the picture again. He seemed surprised there were suppose to be 6 black nails. He took the drill and shaved the color off the wrong ones. There is still pink coloring on my black nails. When it came to the 2 design nails. I thought he would use tape to make straight lines like the picture. He just used the brush and free handed the lines. It does not look clean. I was also getting a pedicure after. The lady came to check with Andy a couples times and you could see he was frustrated and raised his voice with her. Finally I go to the pedicure and the lady was super nice. She was very thorough and precise. However my nails were dry when I left and about 3 hours later smudged when my child touched them. Also I asked about color changing nail polish and they do not carry it. Good parts: I like online booking. They offer a beverage, the place is beautiful and has many flat screen tvs.

Kenya B This is the best nail shop in Tallahassee. I get a basic full set of manicure and it is always done well. They have awesome customer service, fair prices, and my real nails are always super healthy when I remove the acrylic.

hopeless_ kris Im 55 yrs. Old and this is literally the worst pedicure Ive gotten in my entire life. The girl that did it , I could see was frustrated from the beggining as I walked to where I was asked to sit. (She was on phone) It was done in such a hurry she didnt even clean around my cuticle area and I asked for an acrylic on my big toe and she left it too high and didnt even color the sides or set it to cover my whole nail bed. When I asked her to shorten it, she gave a big sigh of frustration. The polish looks like a 5 yr. Old did it. Take a close look at my photos, do my feet look like they were done by a professional? They also didnt want to refund or fix it. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place.

Ange-Lose Novin Terrible customer service and nail experience. I usually come here for my eyebrows and decided to get my nails done today and it was a bad experience. I was the first one there and two and a half hours later I left unhappy. I initially asked for an acrylic overlay with a design and showed them a picture and was told it could be done. Right before the polish could be applied I was told otherwise. I changed the design to something easier and they were unable to execute it. I expressed multiple times that I was unhappy and they told me that they couldn’t replicate a design but this isn’t even close. They did not attempt to rectify the issues I had with my nails. The customer service is horrible and I would not recommend going here for nails. From my experience, they don’t care about your experience or the final result.

Ashley Goldwire Worse nail job ever. They are usually really good here, but today was by far my worst experience! I should have gotten up when I first sat down. The person that did my nails I think had a language barrier and NO one came to help him understand my repeated questions and complaints, until I was heard asking what shape I told you I wanted. If you go to this salon just be picky of who you allow to do your nails. They gave me a discount when I pointed out he almost completely filed off all the tips of every nail.

Beverly Womble This is "The Best" nail salon Ive used in my twenty plus years of receiving this type of service. I appreciate the professionalism and the friendly mannerism of each individual. The atmosphere is always calm with relaxing music. I enjoy the conversations I have with my nail technician. Shes very attentive and remembers the colors I like. Im very pleased as a client in this business establishment.

Caydence Gray The nail technician messed up my nails and still charged me $43 for a fill in and cut down. I do not recommend this place to people of color, they cater to older white women. The positive side is they are not usually busy if you need a last minute/quick fill.

My nails look great Update: I love this place. Pedicures are only $35. Nail dip $45 The service is outstanding and keeps me coming back again and again. The nail tech had a bad attitude and seemed to lack emotional control because I told her I didnt like the way she trimmed my nails and asked her to fix it! Afterwards, she didnt ask me what type of pedicure I wanted, she did the most basic pedicure and charged me $45! I spent a total of $84 for a fill and basic pedicure! I do not recommend this place!

It was one person working and a regular client came in and from that point forward, my service was rushed. I informed her that the service was half done and she told me it wasn’t. It was no comparison to my pedicure the first time and now. Big difference in the service.

I’m not mad because my nails came out BEAUTIFUL. But honestly I would have went elsewhere and paid less with the same satisfaction. Came in today for a either a whole new set or repair of the cracked nails. Nail tech repaired the broken nails and then suggested I get fill in. The fill in for gel is usually $45. A new set of gel nails are usually priced at $50. For some reason I was charged $65. After asking why, I was told it was because I received a different color of gel on each finger. I don’t understand how getting different colors is $15 extra. Or how I was charged so much when I could have just gotten a whole new gel set for less, according to their prices. I previously went in a few months ago and got a similar design with a different gel color on each nail of a new set, and was only charged $55. So the prices will be inconsistent.

Tyler C It was a pretty good experience. They did a good job on my pedicure and manicure as well. The place looked new and clean as well. However, I feel like they didn’t have that many color options and the pricing was a bit extreme for what I got. I understand pricing is going up, but I got the most basic, lowest level pedicure and manicure and it was almost $100 with tip for one person. Most places I go are less than that by a decent amount. Other than the price it was an overall good experience though.

Cheryl Thompson It’s a nice place but overpriced in my opinion. They charge $18 extra for gel polish. So a basic pedi goes from $35 to $53 instantly before tip. Too much for me and they don’t make it known until after your pedicure. It is no where on the sheet they show you when choosing your service when you sit down.

Madison For reference the picture on the right is what I asked for, the picture on the left is what I received. I asked for a square, pink ACRYLIC BASED french tip. I was asked several times if I wanted to do chrome, I insisted that I did not want chrome and was told to “just try it”. Anytime I go in to get my nails done I always make sure to be very specific about the details because I’m sure it can be confusing. I asked for square and before confirming with me, my nail was filed to a coffin shape. Usually when I go to get acrylics, my natural nails are clipped down a little shorter however this time, my natural nail wasn’t touched. I can pull my natural nail apart from the acrylic nail. Some of my nails are also not the same shape with lumps. You can see my natural nails and they look extremely cheap. One of my nails is slanted as well. I will not be returning.

Rebecca Angulo On Nov. 22nd, 2024, I called this nail salon to ask if theyll take a last minute walk-in at 6 pm, an hour before close, they said sure. So I showed up. We showed up a little later than just 10 minutes because the GPS took me to a different location by accident so we had to make a U-turn. When I walked in, a guy with a mask starts shouting at me, asking me what I want. Im startled and tell them I had called earlier and asked if they would still take me. He asked what I wanted, I told him, he said to check in and wait. I did. Already off to a bad start, because why are you yelling at me as soon as I open the door and then still decide to allow me to check in even though youre crunched for time? Whatever, fine... I sit down and another manicurist starts working on my nails. They get the extensions going and I realize they werent going to do my cuticles and was about to ask if they could but then I witnessed how they "sterilize" their cuticle cutters (and Im assuming the rest of their nail tools too)... Another manicurist had sprayed down some cuticle cutters with alcohol and then handed them to another employee who was finishing a pedicure. I nearly gagged after witnessing that but I needed them done that night fast because I was going out for a date with my now, fiance (he proposed to me on this date -- when I told the manicurist this just to make conversation, she didnt respond but looked like she wanted to laugh and was doubtful of what I just told her). I paid, left a $20 tip -- only because they took me in as their last walk-in and had to stay after closing time to finish my nails; other than that reason, I wouldnt have left a tip. I had asked for a natural almond nail shape that wasnt too long. Thats not what she gave me at all. A week after my fiances proposal, I ended up removing the gel polish, reshaping the nail and applying a different coat of my own polish because I could stand the nail shape any longer. I shaped my own nails, on my own, after paying the salon $60 for the design and tipping $20. The last picture was my reference screenshot off Pinterest for the color and nail shape (particularly the nail shape, as I decided to go with a similar polish that had the cat eye effect). The other pictures are my own pictures a few hours after getting them done at Nail City. The area around the cuticle is what bothered me the most as there is a huge lump and doesnt have a seamless look at all. The nail extensions she applied to my nails also didnt fit my nail beds. They were way too tight and made my fingertips feel bruised for a few days after. Lastly, none of the reference photos that this business has on their Google profile is theirs. All of the work they have posted on here are screenshots of another nail techs work, and its safe to assume its multiple nail techs. Disappointing, to say the least.

Erin Hill Nail inspo is the best nail salon in town! Everyone is so friendly and does an amazing job! I’ve been going since they opened and won’t go anywhere else! They are meticulous and make sure your nails look PERFECT before you leave! Ye, Tina and Diana always do such a good job! My gel polish lasts a month!

Brittany Sigler I had a wonderful experience yesterday at this location. I was from out of town and needed a fill in. My nail tech was Brandon and he was amazing. You could tell he really cared about his job and he was very communicative to make sure I got what I wanted as far as the color and shape of the nails. I would highly recommend this nail salon and I will be back if in the area again!

Liz Harrison I just had one of the best pedicures ever from Monica. She was detailed and polite and everything looks wonderful. I paid for the extra long massage and it was worth every penny. Will be back.

Kat Hp Over all, the business is clean, the technicians are attentive, and the customer service is amazing. I had a chip in my nails after 2 days and they redid the manicure. So I cannot complain. I took 2 stars because the application of the chrome was botched both times. I didn’t say anything the second time because I had to leave and honestly my body couldn’t take sitting in the chair again. I would come back for simple nails and if my regular nail artist isn’t available. All in all a fair place.
