Karley Kruer I just moved here and I’ve been trying to find a good nail salon and I think I’ve found it!! I called to see if I could walk in and they were so understanding and considerate. They sat me immediately and were so thorough with my nails. They were nice and so so good. Amazing quality, amazing nails, amazing people. VERY good first impression. I would have walked out of there with no nail polish on my acrylics and still would have been happy with my nails, thats how perfect they were. The shape, the size, and then after the polish was on it was amazon and so so perfect. 10/10 I’ve already recommended friends.

Monica Jay was my nail artist, and EMPHASIS on artist because wow! I love my nails so much!! He did not disappoint. See you in a few weeks Jay!!

Laura Gass Ive been going to J&T nails ever since they opened their establishment. Even prior to their own establishment, Ive followed them wherever they went because theyre that worth it to me. All their technicians are kind. The owners are wonderful. I seize to be disappointed. Hands down, the best acrylic nails and designs youll ever get. Ive never had a nail fall off or break and I work with my hands for a living. I appreciate Jay, Tina, and the whole team.

Star G I love this place since day 1 I think 3 years ago once Jay did my nails I said oh that’s it you’re stuck with me . Always does a great job. And is very creative I show a design and Jay always puts his own twist ! I love it ! Also lately his sister has been doing my nails I believe her name is Jackie .. she is just as awesome as Jay !!! You want good nails , this is the place to go !!!! I always recommend people to go here because I’m always getting compliments. I can go 3 or 4 weeks with out a fill in and they still look good !! #J&TNailsallday

Brittney Crane Awesome service! Everyone had a customer when I got there but it was no time before I was in the pedicure chair. I was out of there much sooner than I expected! Also waxing went well! I also enjoyed that they give 10% off for your bday! Ironically I was treating myself for my birthday! The entire staff were friendly and accommodating. I will be back!

Edna Phillips This was my first and unfortunately last time going. Unless I’ve been getting my nails done wrong all of these years. Why is it I just got my nails done and it looks like I need a fill in already and I know my nail beds are wide by just why does it look like I put these nails on myself. I paid $50 for this a complete waste.

Winnie Tran My mother-in-law wanted pedicure and manicure done and we found this gem next to me where I live. Everything is clearly priced and communicated, everyone was very nice! The hot stone pedicure is a MUST! It felt amazing!!!

Courtney Went here randomly after I had a car oil change nearby. I was attracted to the location because of all the positive reviews and pictures of the work on other reviews. I came in on a Saturday afternoon and there was no wait time. The girl who did my nails (i think her name was Yani?) was very thorough and didnt rush. Id come back again when in the area. Reasonably priced for the work she did.

Emily Jensen Editing my review! My nails for a FILL were $90 before tip ( for the blue French ) I went back in to get them redone because the sugar sparkle was coming off. They were super nice and accommodating. I would probably come back for a head spa treatment- the prices are just extremely expensive. I paid $97 in total and I did get a 10% discount being my first time. The staff is super friendly and it’s super clean and nice I think it just is the price that’s too much.

Jaiya Miles PHENOMENAL experience!!! There’s no strong acrylic smell when walking into the salon, very welcoming. My family & I came to get our feet done and it was the best choice to come here. We had John, Minh, Mai, & Nam. They did a breakdown about any questions we had. The best part was the eye mask and massage. It felt like heaven. Definitely will be back. P.S they also have drinks to offer and have a wireless charger for your phone.

Stacy Crooks This is my new favorite place. It was relaxing; the pedi chairs have massage functions. I wasnt sure what I wanted when I went in, but the staff helped me pick services that were right for me. My tech was great, I will definitely be going back:)

Tonkatruck DillyNorman If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Great clean new salon. Will be coming here from now on! Melissa did my nails and she was attentive and listened to what I wanted. After she was done and she went home ( it was after close ) I was waiting for my sister to finish we noticed the gold nail had a weird green tint to it. So Amanda who did my sisters nails filed it off and redid it with the regular gold and really made me feel like they cared about my nails looking good and that I liked them. Both artists are great!

Amanda Lyons The place was very nice and clean but the nail tech that I had kept cutting me with the drill thing. I had to tell her multiple times that she was cutting me. I get dip powder on my natural nails and while she was filing them she took a chuck out of the side of one of my nails and tried to fill it in with the powder so now that one nail is extra thick on that side. I also asked for a basic design. Just a heart in the middle of the nail and the tech tried but it did not turn out good.

Carol Anne Fendig I have now come to this place twice. They are without a doubt the best in Jacksonville. If you are so indecisive, like me, then they will show you what you really want. I always need a little help picking out my colors, and they nail it every time. I had the beautiful Consuelo do my nails. If you like Almond shape nails, then this is your girl. She can do sooo much. I give her a picture of the nails I want and she executes them perfectly. I also was paired with Nathalie for my toes. What I love about her is our conversations and amazing massages while I’m getting my feet done. She does a great job with anything you want for your toes. My favorite part about this place is the beautiful language that is spoken. I just love it. It is so unique to have a nail salon that speaks Spanish. The women are kind, beautiful and accommodating. The music in the building is fun and enjoyable as well. I would recommend them 10/10 every time.

Linda Noel Wonderful experience. I took a picture in of what I wanted done and Gigi exceeded my expectations! Paid more than I expected compared to other places I’ve been but the quality of what I received was worth it. Salon was clean and no tv! I appreciate the quiet environment with appropriate music level.

Trista M My experience was amazing! Makyah did my hands and not only is she the absolute sweetest , she can get down on nails. She was very attentive and had wonderful suggestions! I had my pedicure with Leidy and she too was very attentive and my feet feel great. I absolutely love my nails and felt like I was pampered during my visit. Thank you both and I will be back!!

Jackie Fahey I was charged extra tonight for ballerina nails and once I argued these arent ballerina shaped I was credited and told next time Id have to pay for ballerina shape. Note this is not a ballerina shape. As a response to owner. That is not what I was told. I was told it is at the discretion of the technician on what shape they think it is which is why I wont be coming back.

Susan Maxime I go to Katherine aka Kat from Orlando. She is the best nail tech and creative stylist that I have been to in my 30 years of getting my nails done in NY, GA and Florida. They are better than what I ask for EVERY time! She got to know what I like, my style and even learned how to hand paint my favorite flowers and Buffalo Bills designs, Go Bills! I simple cannot thank her enough for being fun and creative and daring me to be creative too. By far she is the best.

Tana Wright Been coming to this place for over a year now. Best place in Jacksonville and I’ve been to quite a few joints! My girl Katheryn does all my nail designs and she KILLS it every time!! She’s the best nail tech I’ve found in Jacksonville. Period. Always have had a great experience here.

Kelsey Litchfield Probably one of the worst nail jobs I have had in a long while. My pedicure was fine, but I’ve had these acrylic nails for less than a week, and each and every single nail is already pulling up and catching my hair. I haven’t had time to stop and get an entirely new set; so I’ve been dealing with it. The line work for the French is mediocre at best, and each of the tips weren’t fully painted in. Unfortunately, I didn’t do a great inspection prior to me getting home and realizing they were all horrible. They are lumpy in several areas, and you can literally see my natural nail through the paint. I would not come back unless you’re only getting gel. This was WITH an appointment too, so they knew I was getting a full new set with French gel.

Shelby Huling *UPDATE: The manager called me and asked if I would be willing to let them fix my nails. I agreed and made an appointment with Trish. She did an excellent job. I would definitely come back to see her! Great customer service. Not the best, not the worst. I recently moved to this side of town and have been trying to find a new nail salon so I decided to try out Ooh La La. Everyone was very friendly and personable but the quality just wasn’t there. I requested a regular polish change on my toes and SNS change on my nails with chrome powder. My toes weren’t polished very well but it wasn’t the worst I’ve ever had so I didn’t really say anything. I did have to request that she reshape my nails a couple times as two of them were very clearly crooked. She did the almond shape ($6 up charge, which I’ve never seen before so that’s a con as well) like I asked but by the time they were cut down and filed so many times they were much shorter than I usually get/was expecting. The salon has dim lighting so I didn’t notice until I got home that a couple of my nails were lumpy (Was hard to get my camera to focus on my nail, but the lump is clearly visible in person). I may try them again one day if I don’t find another salon I commit to.

Rachelin D Since I’ve lived here for a year, I have constantly been coming here. The service I receive is always wonderful. I always have great conversations and feel so welcome by each employee. This time around, I had Allen do my nails and she did amazing as we chatted it up. I have the inspo picture with the pink “aura” look and I really wanted a red base. Allen nailed the look for what I was imagining. Can’t wait to come back again as always.

Fadou H When I left Canada, I wondered where I would find a good salon; I also went on Google and found Zen. I am glad that I read the reviews, Andy is very gentle and knows what he is doing. I love my nails. I could give five (5) stars; however, two things bothered me: I didnt get an offer to wash my hands to remove the nail dust, and I had two nails that had skin on. I was just sent home like that, but I did ask to wash my hands. Overall, it was a great experience.

Nicole Anderson This place was very clean and I loved my nails. Staff are very attentive to everyone who walks in and they help you right away. My only issue is that it gets very packed and busy. I was sitting in the pedicure foot tub for 35 minutes until someone finally came. But overall I really liked this place.

Nadja Irby My first experience here and I must Rio has absolutely gained a new customer. It’s been years since I could find someone to shape my nails exactly how I love them and he did just that. He was professional, proficient and polite. The owner and the other staff were friendly and professional as well. A very clean and calm, while I wasn’t able to get a pedicure this time but I will be back.

Kelly Ishie I’ve had both acrylic fills and manicures here, and it’s hands down the best nail experience I’ve ever had! The salon is spotless, cozy, and beautifully designed. The staff are incredibly polite, friendly, and make you feel so welcome from the moment you walk in. I’ll be recommending them to everyone. My nails look absolutely stunning, and I couldn’t be happier!

Richa Owen My wife and I are regulars here. We have been coming here for over 8 years. My wife always gets her nails done here and I come with her every couple months to get a pedicure. We have never once had a bad experience(about 200 visits total). The staff is always so friendly and today was no different. Today I was helped by Jasmin and my wife had Jacki. The chairs are so comfy and they always ask if we need a refreshment.Great experience. I highly recommend this place.

Rikenya Myself, two daughters and niece tried this place for the first time and weren’t disappointed. They were able to take us as a group walk-in and were able to do our hands and feet at the same time (pedicure and full set) which is something I was looking for in an establishment as we had afternoon plans. The customer service was wonderful and we had a great experience. We love our nails and will be back!

Nattaly Juarez I miss this place...I tired a lot of nail salons in Saint Johns FL, nothing compares to Roxys services, care and quality. My nails look amazing...really!! No one rushed me out and I didnt wait at all to be served I was in a chair in no time. They have all the staff and services on site. Newly renovated, so clean! Veronica Sisto UPDATE - After getting my nails done on a Friday I had two broken nails by Sunday morning. I went in on Monday (they were closed Sunday) and they fixed them free of charge which was great. However it has now only been a week later and I have 5 chipped nails now. I am so disappointed and have never had this happen with years of getting dip nails. Friendly service and beautiful work! Family run business with great prices

Brooklyn McLeod This is my favorite and only place I will get my nails done. I live on the north side and there are many salons that are much closer, but I love this place and will always make the drive. They have talented nail artists & a beautiful luxury looking space that is very clean. When I come, they always remember me and know what I like. I feel like I am coming to visit friends. One of my favorite memories of being there was around Halloween time, I got my nails done and we watched the Annabell movie together. I dont have a lot of friends or family, and I am alone a lot, so being able to watch a movie with someone meant a lot to me. For Christmas I got a gift from them for being a loyal customer, I was shocked because Ive never been treated so well at a nail salon before where I got a gift. Any other nail salon I just feel like a customer. At Bartram Nails, they make me feel like I am more than just a customer. Thank you for everything you guys do! It really makes my day!

Brenna Sullivan I wouldn’t go to this salon again. I desperately needed a pedicure having not had one since before Christmas. I work long hours on my feet all day long in the OR. When I chose this place I called ahead of time and said I could be there in 45 min they wrote my name down and said no problem. Upon my arrival I waited over 20min before I was taken back when I sat down I waited another 15 minutes while the man doing my pedicure finished with another customer. I almost got up and left with my feet still soaking wet and I wish I would have bc this man gave me the worst pedicure I’ve ever had. This is supposed to be a relaxing experience that a woman or man should be able to sit back and enjoy. That’s the whole point right?? This man was so rough with my feet hurt me so bad and made me bleed twice. I still have a scab on my big toe and the gel on one of them had already came off it hasn’t even been 48 hrs. To add to that Another customer getting a pedicure was already there before I arrived and finished the same time I did so mine was extremely rushed dude was looking out the window to the parking the entire time like he wanted to leave and was worried about more customers coming in.. and would have rather been turned away and let these people go home than get a shit pedicure that you know you did a bad job on bc you voluntarily give the customer a discount at the end. Worst experience ever.

Ariann Dymonic i’ve been here about 3 times and every time it’s been empty. The first pedicure was good I liked the french, the second time i got a pedicure and acrylic overlay, Both were sloppy and overpriced. Nails lasted a week had to go to another salon and get them fixed because they barely put any acrylic and all the gel polish chipped. only one person in shop speaks english. Nice interior but needs serious work and new staff and better attention to detail on their work.

I like to change up my nails with different shapes (almond, square, etc.) and different styles (French, SNS, chrome, etc.). Sarah always gets exactly what I envision and has great suggestions when I am unsure what I want! I can be picky with my nails, so I am glad to have found her ☺️

Victoria Russell They are amazing. We had a party of 7 which they fit us in asap on a Saturday morning. They are super amazing and so funny. I had Sara for my nails and her design skills are so spot on. Everyone one else is very satisfied with their choices as well they all did pedicures and manicures. Kayla Calvaire I came in for a pedicure, the place is very nice. They offer refreshments and the people were nice as well. Some have more of a language barrier than others. My service was not the best. My nail tech struggled taking off the acrylic on my big toes. My feet was not scrubbed properly, my big toe nails were not shaped, I had to assist with cutting my second toe to make it straight, my toes are clean though. I won’t be coming back but give it a go maybe my person was just bad. I was serviced by Kim.

Amanda Maurer I was a walk-in to get my nails done. I hadnt had my nails done in over a year but I knew what I wanted. I was assigned to Yen. She had her nails done and I asked if we could do an extra design on my index finger like one of hers. She was very nice and she was happy to do it. It took her about an hour to do the full set with design and was completely pain free. At no point was there even a pinch. Little did Yen or I know, I was getting engaged! When I go back I am booking Yen from now on.

Catherine Haas Do not claim you can do something you clearly cannot do. I booked an appt for full acrylic nails, No tips. And chrome polish. Mirror like finish. Said they could do all of it. Nope! First person i was say with had no idea how to build out nails. Finally got someone that could. But no one knows how to do chrome at this location. And I paid extra for chrome!!! Do not lie to people to get them in the door!

Mia Oxendine Stopped by on a Sunday and was able to get in with Alex. So glad I did. She executed the design to a tee. And gave me a wonderful experience. Made me feel very comfortable as I am a nail newbie. Thanks so much Alex!

Grace Hellman Nice people but did not do what I asked for. Charged me $15 for chrome but the aura on the nail clearly isn’t there, even after pointing it out. They give incentives to leave a 5 star review. I originally left a 5 star review even though I didn’t get want I wanted because they didn’t look bad or anything. Forced to lower my review because the gel polish is starting to come off on multiple nails after just a few days. Definitely regret spending my $80 here.

I’m usually not a picky person but the lady I got wanted it to do her way which was lumpy and not what I asked for at all, mind you this was today on my birthday. Never will return and never would recommend this nail salon at all. 65$ for powder and an eyebrow wax wasted. I got my nails done nov 13 and nov 18 my nails have already cracked

They take their time with each client and didnt rush. The shop was clean and pleasant smelling. I got a full set and eyebrow wax and am very pleased with both.

Namuh Dabhi I recently got my nails done at this salon. The ladies were very understanding and even helpful when my daughter began crying and screaming in her stroller while getting my nails done. The woman doing my nails had her associate come over to finish quickly as she proceeded to walk my daughter up and down the store until she fell asleep. My nails turned out great. Dip powder, black, with tips put on for $50. Perfect shape, only thing is some cracks, which could be from anything. I highly suggest this nail salon for your care needs.

North Florida Baseball Academy Jacksonville, FL Today was my 3rd visit. The first 2 times I made an appointment and requested the same tech the 2nd time. Today I walked in and another tech did my acrylic fill, French gel polish. Both 5 stars. Each had their own technique. Clean work stations Attention to detail Professional front desk Tracks customer thru check in Price is upscale, you get what you pay for. Todays service, fill, one broken nail, gel polish and French. $60

Melissa A I can confidently say that this is a great and consistent salon! I have been here for my last few manicures and pedicures and they do a great job every time. I don’t make appointments with anyone specific so its been a different person each time but I always have a positive experience. My onlyyy request is that I wish they would have customers wash their hands before the service for hygiene. But I’ll keep coming back to this spot!

Monica F I need to give this salon a 5 star review. This isnt normal for me! Again and again over the last few years, I keep coming back here. No matter which technician I get, they do a great job and they care how well its done. Hanna re-painted my toes 4 times today before it met her satisfaction. She apologized profusely for how it kept turning out (not her fault, I think the polish was bad). Anyway, great job! They are a tad expensive ($20 for just the toe polish change and $53 for a soak off & solid color dip). But service is always perfect!
