Sam McDonald I’m pretty new to this salon, I’ve been several times and Ken is my nail tech, he has been great each time I had him. He takes his time every time & his pedicure massages are great, just yesterday he did pink and white ombré on my toes and nails and he did amazing! I’m So pleased :)

Simona Nagyova Review from a visit on Sunday, September 1: Awful customer service. I made an appointment and still waited 40 minutes until they started on my pedicure. Then the whole service was super rushed. The attendant didn’t not communicate in English at all. The previous owner of this salon was running her business exceptionally, but since the change, everything went downhill. I will not return. Update: Three days later, Wednesday, September 4, my gel manicure starts chipping. See second picture attached. Educational moment for the owner : Errors happen, that is just the way it is, but there are ways to avoid one star reviews despite your scheduling is running behind. You could call to let me know. Or, you could tell me when I show up so instead of having me sitting in the chair forever I can go and run an errand at the mall. Honesty and kindness go a long way. You could also not hide behind your employees and come up to me to apologize, maybe throw in some extra service, or to offer a glass of champagne. P.S. to the owner: we didn’t leave at 5 a clock. At five a clock I was already enjoying a drink at home. The full service took less than one hour but that would be great if the quality would suffice too. The ingrown toes were not treated because the attendant did not understand nor listened, and my gel mani started to chip on day 3.

Kassandra Alexis * Disclaimer I am embarrassed and horrified by the photos I am attaching to show complete honesty and accuracy of this statement * It breaks my heart to have to write this review as I have absolutely adored my time with this salon. Bebe is beyond talented, as well as kind, and so is the other staff. I have had pedicures and manicures done there multiple times over the past year and have never been dissatisfied. This issue is, I had my nails done under a month a go at this salon and my dip began to pop off like acrylic/fake nails. As I further inspected the situation, I noticed two of my nails have developed a discoloration resembling a fungus. I instantly grew distraught and felt sick to my stomach. Upon further research, the result of this is due to a rush in process of not letting every layer set completely/in proper drying of nail bed through layer. A beautiful salon, but maybe has dropped the ball on this one. I will be seeking out a medical opinion on this disaster of a situation. 11/19/2024 UPDATE Reached out to salon owner and was told it was my fault. Unacceptable.

Kate Patarozzi Very pleased. It has been years since I had acrylic nails. Made an appointment online and while I thought I scheduled with Mia, I actually saw Sara. Regardless, I had never been there before and had just randomly chose a name, so no big deal. Plus, Sara did an amazing job! She paid good attention to detail and was also was very quick. I will likely return to have them filled as I really like how they look.

Mariah Craig Kim is amazing!!! She really took her time to make my nails so beautiful. Most places make you feel rushed but she really shows she cares. Thank you Kim, I will definitely be back!

Sarah S I love this place… they do my acyclic shape and style PERFECT every time I go. I’ve had two different people do my nails, both did an amazing job. They are always open to do designs and never made you feel bad if you want a more complicated set. I was on vacation and went to another spot in a different state… needless to say to say they were terrible and made me miss Fleur a lot haha. Can’t wait to go back when my current set grows out.

Stephanie Truesdale I received a gift card from Christmas and was very happy with my gift! It was the first time at Fleur and I will def be back when I come back to visit. I had Black and he was great! Helped me find the perfect red!

Brittany Barna-Kindl They are always very accommodating and do a great job for great prices. They give really good pedicures and have several options to choose from. The gel nails and gel polish on my toes last a long time. This is my go-to nail salon.

Hailey Cousino I walked in and only had to wait 20 minutes to be seen. I had gone to a different place and wasnt happy, so I tried Pure Life. I couldnt be happier. They fixed the shape and did an amazing job with color. Next time I had them removed, put on again and tie dyed-Legend was legendary and fixed my fd up cuticles

Larissa B CHOP SHOP!! I’ve come here multiple times and I’m just disappointed with the inconsistency in work. Here and there you may actually receive quality work from a nail artist who isn’t rushing to get you out of the chair, but otherwise expect to be given subpar work. Recently got a dip manicure and was shocked at how I dang near pushed out of the chair. I understand it gets busy, HOWEVER, every client deserves QUALITY. My nails are so thick, there was polish/dip all under my nails that wasn’t cleaned up, cuticle care wasn’t really done and I had to repeatedly ask for some moisturizer and hand care. I’ve had to get my pedicures redone bc again the work wasn’t up to par and they were understanding about it, but unfortunately, this is the last time I’ll be at this salon. Just go in with lowered expectations.

Devanie Sykes I gave this salon 2 attempts for my business and each time disappointed. The first visit, I only wanted gel nail polish for festive Christmas colors that turned bright orange in outdoor light. It began chipping the day after having them done. The second visit I received a full set of TAP nails in a natural look. The day after having them done, it looks like I already need a fill in. For $60, I expect better.

Katie Miller Got the basic pedicure and a full set. And my husband got a deluxe pedicure which he was in heaven. All 3 ladies were amazing i gave a simple design idea foe my nails and she executed it perfectly definitely will be going again. Thanks for the amazing 1st experience

Julia Duart I have been into Tiffany’s a few times now(Mani’s & Pedi’s). After this visit, I have locked down my spot. They are always so nice and accommodating. My nails are always beautiful and I love being beachside. They have a great, clean space and I would totally recommend everyone to check it out. Super professional and took amazing care of me when they were even doing construction inside.

C Sherlock Got a lovely dip manicure with French tips today. Definitely the best dip French manicure I have ever had. However it was also the LONGEST manicure I have ever had. I was there almost two hours and for the first hour I was sitting there with my nails wrapped and soaking. My appointment was at 1:30, but people with 2:00 and 2:30 appointments were in and out way before me! They clearly overbook and having an appointment means nothing. It was incredibly frustrating.

Renata Gioia Ann is is absolutely the best nail design in the region, she is very sweet and kind, very loving, careful, meticulous and always does everything I ask with great care, this place is spectacular and you can even make your appointment with an appointment.

They are an amazing couple and make each experience special and personal. I just admire how at home I feel when I am there and therefore will absolutely continue to use Hot Stone Salon. Aracelis Rosa I’ve been coming to this nail salon/spa for the past year since moving to Indian harbour beach and I’ve got to say it’s been wonderful! 10/10 recommend because the service is just amazing. It’s a local family run business and very welcoming. Ann is my nail tech and she’s veryyyy good at what she does!! Also, their pet rooster is the cutest/sweetest thing everrrr!! Miranda Berrios Got my nails done here Sunday. It was my first time going in and I have a cruise this weekend so I wanted to have my nails done nicely. The receptionist was very kind and was taken back on time. When the nail tech found out I had gel polish on my nails you would have thought the world was over. It seemed like it was a huge issue that I had my nails done previously. Then when I was going to pick out a color there were constant comments about how much she hated doing gel nails and that gel nails are the worse so I felt that if I picked out a gel color then I wouldn’t be receiving quality service. It is now Tuesday and half my polish has chipped off and I’m going to have to get my nails redone. Would not got back. Maybe it was just the person I had, but not the best experience for me.

Name The massage services are ok, but dont book a luxury pedicure. They allot the same amount of time (1 hour) for the pedicure when you add hot wax etc. as a standard pedicure. I purchased the most expensive pedicure and my technician went to use the restroom for 15 minutes during my pedicure at which time the water wasnt even very warm and rushed through the whole thing when she returned.

M and C Munoz Mia was amazing? She has a great attitude and a wonderful pressure, she is very nice and patient and shes gonna be such a good masseuse when she graduates. I highly recommend her she:s the best massage Ive ever had hands down.

kelly byrnes What a wonderful place to get a massage! The staff are so friendly and Mackenzie who did my massage did an amazing job! They’re all students so the price is right and you get a top-notch massage! I have brought all my family and friends there and they’ve all been impressed! I will not go anywhere else!

Leslie Pilotti It took me quite awhile to find a good local nail salon who provides liquid gel nails. Bella and Tim have both done my nails here and are very kind, listen and provide quality with attention to detail in their work. I will gladly return for the great service and quality work time and time again!

Danielle Bar-Navon Will not go any place else besides Luxy Nails! The last time I went someplace else when I was out of town I got a foot fungus and my entire big toe fell off. Lexi was so understanding and put an acrylic on my big toe and made it match the rest of my toes until it was able to grow back. They are exceptional at nail designs and the building is always clean and relaxing. This is my happy place!

Cloe Groulx Finally found a good nail salon after moving to the area! The people there are so nice and attentive. Bella is a great technician, she made sure I got exactly what I wanted and confirmed how I liked my thickness, length, color, everything along the process. Highly recommend this place, and will definitely return!

Kira Edit 2/11/2025: Chris and Trang reached out to me right away to make this situation better for me and I really appreciated them so much for that. They tag teamed my nail correction and it turned out amazing. I went from random nail length/shape to everything even (Chris used gelX tips which was an amazing fix) and the design executed perfectly. Im still leaving up my prior review, but the less than 2 hour response time from the Owners as well as the quick turn around for them to try to make the situation better for me gives them 5 stars and an absolute try again from me. I came here after the recommendation of a coworker. I asked for a mani/pedi and was able to get an appointment in the evening. Everything started great with Steven, he did my pedicure and did a great job. The problem is when we got to the manicure. I came into the spa with long natural nails, what I left with are little stubs. When Steven was shaping my nails, he seemed rushed, and before I knew it, I had short little stubby nails and not at all what I wanted nor was I consulted on the length. I chose the design idea with my nail length in mind, and if my nails had just been shaped round, they wouldnt be as stubby as they are now. Not only are they stubs, but each finger has a different nail shape to it, the cuticles were not pushed back so I have one finger that already looks massively grown out, and the design just does not look as cute as it would have with my longer nails. Ive already sent a text message asking for a correction to my nails, but I cant recommend Lisa as a nail artist. She seemed rushed and annoyed that I asked for a different pink color choice. She did not like that I kept asking her to make the lines straighter, and did not fix one that goes sideways. I eventually just stopped asking for the corrections because they werent being fixed. The design is cute, but the execution and how it came about is what I dislike the most.

Evelyna Burrs I had Amber as my nail tech and she did an amazing job. She very quick and efficient and executed my design well. The inside of Luxy is very elegant and the decorations are top tier.

Brian & Nicole Love This is my new go-to spot! Ive been getting my nails done here for the past few months, and the techs are incredibly meticulous. The cleanlieness of the whole place is a HIGE plus fornme. The quality is top-notch, and whenever Ive requested designs, they’ve perfectly matched my expectations. The level of professionalism from everyone is outstanding. They truly stand by their work—once, I came in with a broken nail (my fault), and they quickly fixed it, letting me go on my merry little way. Highly recommend!

Vickie Sarmina This was my first time here. Paul straightened out what another salon had done on my nails. He was very gentle, friendly, creative, and had my nails done in an hour!! I am very happy with the end result and will be coming back here again!! UPDATE:: I have been with US NAILS for over 3 years and have always received the best service from Paul and Jenny. They are absolutely awesome!! LOVE THIS SALON AND WILL NEVER CHANGE!!

Lil Brit The inside is beautiful and super relaxing. I had the man do my nails, I think his name was Paul, and they came out PERFECT. He was super nice and gentle. I paid only $30 for a fill and gel polish. I also got out within 40 minutes. I will be coming here to get my nails done from now on. (I have naturally dry hands that’s why they look dry)

March 2025 Finally convinced my husband to come in with me for a pedicure for him also. John did a great job on his and of course, Mary did a great job with mine. Aliya First time here. Very clean establishment, well lit and beautifully decorated, very comfortable environment. The staff was very helpful, professional, kind, and courteous to each other, as well as customers. My nail technician did a great job with my dip powder, I had dip nails on when I came in and she was able to remove them without damaging my natural nails. I was there for about an hour and a half her attention to detail was very good. I was able to walk in and was greeted and helped immediately. Sign in was quick and easy, my nails were $65 and I tipped $20. Only reason I am giving four stars instead of five is because my thumbnail is a little crooked and is barely noticeable, didnt notice until the next day. She worked very quickly and made sure that I liked my nails before I left.They fit perfectly and are shaped exactly as I wanted. This place is great and I would definitely visit again.

He’s very detailed with what he do and anything that I ask him to do he does he is the only one I do allow to do my nails, but they all are very, very good. I will recommend them to everybody.

I showed him pictures and he NAILED it!! He was meticulous and precise. So incredibly sweet and concerned to make sure I loved everything he was doing. Carly Gallagher I’ve been to Tiffany’s Nail Salon a few times before, and every visit has been fantastic. The interior is modern and luxurious, the customer service is top-notch, and they always do a thorough job with nail prep. Even their basic pedicure includes extras that many other salons charge more for. Today’s experience, though, was truly above and beyond. A few weeks ago, I was in a car accident and suffered a severe leg injury. I’m temporarily in a wheelchair and wearing an immobilizing knee brace, which has made a lot of everyday activities feel daunting. The team at Tiffany’s was so accommodating and kind, making me feel more relaxed and comfortable than I have since this whole ordeal began. The foot massage was absolutely amazing and included hot stones, and their pedicure chairs are handicap accessible, which made the entire experience seamless. I can’t thank them enough for their thoughtfulness and care. Tiffany’s Nail Salon has always been a wonderful spot, but today they showed just how much they go above and beyond for their customers. Highly recommend!

Mary Worden Here’s the deal: This place is very nice-looking and they have all of the amenities. The staff is very friendly. However, they are NOT clean. Not at all. Yes, they use tub liners in their foot tubs, just like every other salon. BUT….. the person who did my toes used tools that she brought straight over in her cart from immediate use after another customer. The foot file she used had previous customers’ skin CAKED on it. This salon looks very nice, but they are NOT CLEAN. Please be aware.

Dharma Cooper I only went to this nail spa since I received a gift card from a friend. I don’t usually write reviews, but I was very upset after leaving. Starting off the older man that did my nails didn’t ask what shape I wanted. He then cut me a few times on my cuticles and started chuckling. He then proceeded to place rubbing alcohol on my cut that made it hurt even worse. After this I noticed that the cuticle cutters weren’t sterilized for both my manicure and pedicure. They simply sprayed the tools with alcohol, which again made my cuticles burn. They switched me to another lady to do my pedicure and she was a lot more gentle. But she also cut me and sprayed alcohol on my toes. Maybe my cuticles are just thin, but this has never happened to me at other nail salons. In the end I didn’t want to give a tip, but the lady was eyeing me the whole time I was signing waiting for me to write it down. I’m hoping I don’t get an infection on my cuticles. I hate to sound rude and ungrateful, but it was just a very unpleasant experience.

Katie Rieke Wendie is amazing(first picture)!! I got builder gel on nails and she made it look my real nail. So seamless and classy. She is VERY good at shaping the nail as well. I recommend her to anyone that is picky when it comes to shaping/thickness of nail! The second photo(both hands and feet) is Andy’s work! He is also amazing! Definitely love how he can make any set the exact way you want it. He does both builder gel and acrylic, both come out terrific! I recommend him to anyone that is also picky!

Jamie Taylor Overpriced for mediocre work. I treated myself and a friend to mani pedis. I enjoyed the experience and felt the place was clean, however, my nails arent shaped well and the nail polish is a mess. I have been having to scrape nail polish off my skin, there is dead skin around my nails that I had to remove myself, and the nail polish is patchy. Edit since they dont allow you to respond to their comments. Do not deflect the bad work on me. The patchy work is smooth, if I had messed up the paint, there would be an uneven texture. You are also ignoring the poor shaping and the nail polish on my cuticles.

terri nieves Ive been coming here for about 2 years now. I love the place. Lee and her employees r so kind and sweet. Ive never had to wait, when I have an appointment like so many other places. Nary did these patriotic nails for me today. I LOVE them!!!!

Kathleen Sumner Jessica did amazing! I was a first time customer amd nervous as I like classic acrylic nails/shape. I like short sharp square. I also asked for nail art for spooky seasons which she did all by hand! She was also very gentle which is a bonus!!! Im so happy with the art and nails I will be returning for more!!!!

debra logue Absolutely love my new set. I walked in not knowing I needed an appointment. The owner of the salon decided to take me anyways (knowing she is pregnant and is supposed to take it easy). She saw the condition of my nails and decided to fix them, the last place I went to last month made my nails so thick it ended up cracking 5 of my nails side wall to side wall. I can’t express how much I love my new set, you are not just a client at this place, they make you feel welcomed.

Ashley Hammond I have tried almost every nail salon in Palm Bay, and this one is by far THE BEST. The staff is absolutely amazing and always super nice and accommodating. I always get my nails done by Sara, and I get compliments for weeks afterwards! My nails never break, my polish never chips and she is super patient with me when I want to do designs, try something new or do crazy colors. I would never go anywhere else, and I recommend them to all my friends, co-workers and family as well. LOVE LOVE LOVE

Payton Ward I’m not a very confrontational person at all, and the nail techs always ask if you like what they’re doing, giving you plenty of chances to speak up without feeling uncomfortable. I’m absolutely in love with how my nails turned out, and my overall experience at Jasmine Jadelynn Nail Salon was great. The work was super diligent, and I’m really impressed. By far the best experience I’ve had getting my nails done in a while. For reference, I got dip powder nails with tips.

Mary Biletnikoff Need zero stars to properly review my mani/pedi. Horrible experience. This should be a relaxing experience and it was anything but. Greeted with, "wash your hands and pick your color". No niceties. No introduction. Jessica spent the ENTIRE pedicure talking in Spanish to the nail technician and client sitting next to me. She did not try to converse with me AT ALL. My pedicure was sloppy at best. Then she spent half of my manicure talking on her cell phone or to the woman sitting next to me. She gave a half-hearted attempt at my manicure. When she told me to wash my hands, I had to ask if she was done filing them because it looked like they had be chewed. Also, we discussed square nails with rounded edges and she had done completely square. When she applied the polish, she kept going past my nail and onto my skin. She seemed upset that I pointed this out for her to fix before I put my hand under the light. At one point she said that the polish moves when I move my hand. Um, no. The polish was applied sloppily. I had polish on the outside of my thumb nail - when I pointed that out, and before I put it under the light, she said she would file it off at the end. Why not take care of it up front? Overall, this was an uncomfortable and unprofessional experience. I could not wait to get out of there. This was my first time at this salon - and my last.

Katelyn Boylan I had the most wonderful experience at Suntree Nail & Spa with Mai, Henry, & their team of skilled nail technicians. Going to Suntree Nail & Spa, I know that I will always leave with the most hgih quality nails. Mai is extremely skilled in her craft to the point where I can show her a photo on pinterest and she can replicate the photo, even better. The photos below are from both my wedding and my honeymoon trip to Greece. I got the most compliments Ive ever received on my Greece themed nails and felt so beautiful & confident! My wedding nails were also exactly what I was looking for; simple and elegant. I love knowing that I can trust Mai, Henry, & their team and that I will always walk out happy with gorgeous nails!

Julie Hoare So happy with our visit. The spa pedicures are amazing. My daughter got a full set and received exactly what she asked for based on a photo. The detail of nail art is meticulous. Very friendly, very clean, well staffed. We were walk ins and got in right away on a Saturday.

Leslie Thomas This is my favorite nail salon in Melbourne, and like many of you, I have tried several. They are professional and friendly, efficient but dont make you feel rushed. They remember your name & make you feel valued as a customer. I recently moved about 45 minutes away but I still figure out how to come here every month for my dip manicure and pedicure - its worth the drive!

Shawn Garrett Absolutely Horrible work and a filthy establishment. Ladies do not waste your time and money here. I thought I would try something new because my daughter recommended this place and wow was she wrong. I knew I should have never left Tiffany nails in suntree. I learned my lesson and will always stay with Tiffanys. I politely asked for my nails to be fixed because the design was so bad that they had just put on. They didnt want to correct it then were incredibly rude about it.

karen minor I had been coming here for years and have seen it change hands now 3 times. After my last visit for my typical SNS dip, I decided never again. I arrived for an 11:00 am appointment and got out at 1:45. Had a standard pedi but the nails took forever and afterwards they looked like a 5 year old did them. The surface was lumpy and edges were rough, the powder stains were all around the nails, and this was the owner who did mine. She told me “ I can fix” well after 2:45 hrs there, no thank you! But If do it right the first time she wouldn’t have had to say that. I’ll miss the convenience of how close they are, but I’ll never, ever go back. It continues to go downhill!

Melissa Ramirez Really disappointed as I’ve been coming here for a while now. Recently went in and had acrylics removed and had a gel manicure after. The tech was prying off the acrylics with another nail, and I asked her to stop and soak them instead. She continued to pry and finally stopped because I told her it was still painful. Not all of the acrylic was removed even after soaking and using the drill, but she painted over it anyway. Within a day, the gel started to chip and peel off. By day 3, it looked like the second set of pictures attached (with the blanket in the background). I called and then went in to have them fixed, and when the tech looked at them she said “I thought you only needed one fixed. After this, I’m not fixing them anymore.” As if it’s my fault that it was done poorly? And I also never said I only needed one nail redone. She proceeded to tell me that it’s because I got acrylics off and my nails were weak, as to why they were chipping and peeling so badly. I said that if it was known that this would occur, the tech who did them should have mentioned that and I would’ve gotten a different service. She was rude about the entire situation, sighing heavily multiple times as if I was bothering her by needing her to do her job. She was very rough with the drill, and it was painful. She was very hastily trying to get me out of there, and didn’t seem to care that it was hurting. She did not ensure that any of my nails were evenly shaped, filed or painted (third set of photos). Even leaving very rough edges on some. In addition to this, I had gel polish on my fingers that she did not care to remove. I had a similar experience with a previous gel mani from them, but I did not have acrylics prior to the gel. They, too, chipped and peeled terribly within days of having them done (first set of pictures, rounded nails). I was out of the country though at that point, so obviously didn’t go back to them to have them correct the issue. Due to this experience, I highly doubt that my nails are the reason why the gel has not lasted more than a day. The last set of photos shows what my nails look like after a few days of having them redone most recently. In addition to having this rude encounter and poorly done mani, the nail files used in all of these instances were very used, which is unsanitary. Overall, I will not be returning and would going recommend elsewhere.

Cindy Ulp Tried this place for the 1st time this week. I was impressed that I made an appt and when I got there I didnt have to wait at all. My technician was nice and got the job (pedicure) done quickly and did a great job! The only issue I had was checking out. I was overcharged for an upgraded Pedi I didnt get. I thought I possibly wasnt clear and didnt argue, but did let them know that wasnt what I asked for. However, they do call me after I left and offered a refund or to gave me a credit for the difference in an effort to make it right. I took the credit on my acct and I will try them again, hopefully with no issues as I did like the service and atmosphere.

Jaydee Heck came as a walk-in a few days ago, got a gel manicure & my boyfriend got a pedicure. service felt super quick, but i wasnt really paying attention to the time. Will definitely come back!

I had previously had another technician who wasnt too concerned about details or my concerns and was also very slow... Lily was not only so much faster but my nails look stunning!
