3 /5 Kassandra Alexis: * Disclaimer I am embarrassed and horrified by the photos I am attaching to show complete honesty and accuracy of this statement * It breaks my heart to have to write this review as I have absolutely adored my time with this salon. Bebe is beyond talented, as well as kind, and so is the other staff. I have had pedicures and manicures done there multiple times over the past year and have never been dissatisfied. This issue is, I had my nails done under a month a go at this salon and my dip began to pop off like acrylic/fake nails. As I further inspected the situation, I noticed two of my nails have developed a discoloration resembling a fungus. I instantly grew distraught and felt sick to my stomach. Upon further research, the result of this is due to a rush in process of not letting every layer set completely/in proper drying of nail bed through layer. A beautiful salon, but maybe has dropped the ball on this one. I will be seeking out a medical opinion on this disaster of a situation. 11/19/2024 UPDATE Reached out to salon owner and was told it was my fault. Unacceptable.

5 /5 Kate Patarozzi: Very pleased. It has been years since I had acrylic nails. Made an appointment online and while I thought I scheduled with Mia, I actually saw Sara. Regardless, I had never been there before and had just randomly chose a name, so no big deal. Plus, Sara did an amazing job! She paid good attention to detail and was also was very quick. I will likely return to have them filled as I really like how they look.

5 /5 Sarah S: I love this place… they do my acyclic shape and style PERFECT every time I go. I’ve had two different people do my nails, both did an amazing job. They are always open to do designs and never made you feel bad if you want a more complicated set. I was on vacation and went to another spot in a different state… needless to say to say they were terrible and made me miss Fleur a lot haha. Can’t wait to go back when my current set grows out.

5 /5 Stephanie Truesdale: I received a gift card from Christmas and was very happy with my gift! It was the first time at Fleur and I will def be back when I come back to visit. I had Black and he was great! Helped me find the perfect red!
