Sarah Monsalve What an awful service! Lily did my daughter’s nail and Annie and Lily worked in my manicure. When I first came in and saw the prices of the manicure were cheaper than 35 dollars, but when I had to pay they charged us 70 dollars which I found extremely expensive considering that my daughter is just a little girl, but still we paid. However, my daughter wanted to pay the tip with her savings, and when she asked for change from her 10 dollars bill, Annie said no because the tip had to be split between two services. I didn’t accept her answer and asked her to give my daughter 5 dollars back because she only wanted to pay 5 dollars for the service instead of 10. Lily was upset because I asked her to correct my nails because they were rough on the edges and she took it as an excessive request from a client who is paying for a service, absurd! I called again after I left to find out the prices, they gave me different prices and then, they called me again to give me other prices for their services. Don’t support this place, don’t go there. Awful service, extremely expensive prices for little girls who barely have nails. And not even good quality in the gel manicure.

Anna Stas Writing this review on behalf of my younger sister who came here couple days ago. She was so excited of how her nails were done, tipped well, and left. Two days later, all of the nails came right off :( She doesn’t do heavy labor with her hands and she said that just by touching them lightly, they came right off. She called this morning to have the salon check them and redo, and they said that this “never happens” and she would need to pay full price again. Personally, with my nail tech, even if one nail comes off, she takes me right in to get it fixed because there must of been an issue with either the product or the way of application that didn’t stick properly. My sister is incredibly upset and she’s too kind to speak up for herself. I disagree with this salon’s policy.

Mackenzie Hirstein Had an appointment and to get a set with the smallest design then told me before the design she didn’t have time for me. So someone else did the design after refusing to for a couple mins and you can’t tell what they are supposed to be!

Lauren LaBak I came here for a pedicure and ended up getting the super spa pedi with gel polish. I’m a pedicure regular and it’s pretty rare that I fall asleep in the chair. I was comatose. And I got the best calf massage ever, and since it’s winter I was in need of some heel exfoliation. They did an excellent job on that too. Price is outstanding and I will definitely be coming back.

The dipped nail job was top notch, didn’t take too long, and I felt like Tina was very thorough and careful! Place was very clean and inviting, I will definitely be back!

P P I have been going to this salon for years but they do not renew their products, the polishes are old and dry. Unfortunately I do not recommend this place… I have had my manicure for 3 days and I must repaint my nails… the manicure cost a lot, poor quality and cheap service!

Spangle Taylor This was fine, I expected to pay a lot less for a gel mani and pedi polish change for the two of us I paid $116 not including a $20 tip that was a surprise to me although my kiddo got some nail art it was not a full mani-pedi so I wasnt expecting to pay that much. They did a good job they were fast. It definitely doesnt seem that clean. We usually go to Sarasota Happy nails but last time we were there for a mani and pedi for a 10-year-old and myself they charged us $250 which I thought was crazy and Ive been going there for many years so I was insulted when they didnt give us a signature for a service they charged my child full price for so we tried this place. It makes me want to spend the extra money to go to a really clean place that has better service as far as perfection. But being right next door to us I thought we should try this on a recommendation from my friend. It just seemed not very cleanly and very speedy service which was appreciated but at the same time did not justify the price in my opinion. They did a good job and they were nice but I just wasnt expecting the price tag.

Rebekah Fleming Nails 41 is THE best! I have been getting my nails done here for over 10 years. The salon is clean, small, and friendly. They do an excellent job every time!

Holly Kerr I can’t recommend Leanne and her team enough! They are experienced, professional, and knowledgeable. After 3 years away, Leanne still remembered me and even knew the color I loved for my acrylic nails! Her work is consistently flawless—Ive never had a nail break or chip, even when I was bartending. The pedicures are perfect, and she’s quick and efficient, which I appreciate since I don’t have a lot of time to spend in the salon. Plus, her prices are great, and she never tries to upsell. I’m so glad to be back now that I’ve returned to work!

Susan Hintz Nails 41 is clean, friendly, and service driven. Leanne did my acrylic fill with a French finish, and she is outstanding! Lynn did my pedicure which was relaxing, thorough, and pretty. We come to Sarasota every year, and this will be my go-to place!

Allison Baird They are just amazing here. My daughters and I have been going here for the past 4 years. They are small and always busy so you have to make an appointment but it’s worth it. Never had a bad experience and my nails last longer then they do from other places.

Patricia Romig I had the best experience at Luxurious Nails & Spa this afternoon! The staff was not only friendly but also highly skilled. KEN took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted. His attention to detail was amazing. Every nail was perfectly shaped and painted flawlessly. I got chrome, and Ken tested 3 different chrome powders until I found the perfect finish! The overall service was top-notch, and I left feeling pampered, relaxed and completely satisfied. Highly recommend Ken and Luxurious Nails and Salon for anyone looking for exceptional nail care!

Kristin Rose Newswanger I was referred here but wasnt sure I had the correct place or gas several names lol. On the outside its one name online its another So I didnt ask for the tech because I didnt know if I had the right place. Might be good to get the name and location right. My tech didnt speak English. He moreso grunted and pointed. It was ok. I was happy to not have to talk and just relax. He did a good job. Myeg and pedicure pack.. I was a little annoyed he forced me into the higher package by giving thumbs up despite me pointing to lower package he decided on his own to do next package .the hot stone one. I still liked it well and happy I did it .but it wasnt what I. Picked. Others probably would have questioned it at payment time. My service also was not what was listed on their package it was significantly higher. I did gel polish and did manicure.. supposed to be 78 plus 15$ think. Anyway I was just happy after a year in the hospital to get self care and still tipped 25% not included in what I stated I spent. I would not necessarily drive back here for care but was in the area for an appointment and will go again if in the area again. Hot towel and stone massage in pedicure divine

Bex Zarem I have been going here for many months, now. Eric does my nails, and is never afraid of a challenge in the art department. He is very creative. Lisa gives really fantastic pedicures. My farm feet look clean and fancy, and theyre so soft! The shop is in a great location, right off the highway, at Fruitville. Its clean and bright, and the whole staff are really nice, and have a great sense of humor. I always look forward to getting my nails done here. The price is also amazing for the attention to detail provided.

Lexi Stevens Designs by Tina did amazing! Absolutely love the lavender chrome nails for the spring time. She was sweet and worked with my short base nails. Going strong on week 2 of these and the compliments keep pouring in! Highly recommend the trip in to see her.

Stephanie Reed I was in town for a visit so noticed this business was in the area we would be for the day. I called and they fit me in for 2 pedicures within a couple hours. The massage I received almost made me fall asleep! I think they did cut my toenail a little too short and it started to become ingrown (reason for a 4). They offered drinks, no choices for pedicures though, which is unusual. The business had a couple regulars in while we were there and it was obvious they had been coming for years.

Christan Lanigan I stumbled upon this place on the 4th of July when everywhere else was closed and I’m so glad I did! This is hands down the best nail place that I have found in Sarasota. The staff are very friendly and always go above and beyond to meet your needs. I had stopped getting designs at other salons because I would often leave disappointed. But I decided to give it another shot with somewhere new. Since I love Halloween I got some designs for spooky szn. My nails turned out so cute! Howie did a great job! (:

Dezarae Schartiger Chole is absolutely amazing, so kind and caring. She has the sweetest spirit about her and immense pride in her work. She is gentle and does not ever cut your skin on your fingers like most places. My nails look great couldn’t be happier.

Amy Carr Debra is a great nail tech but also a really nice and fun person. My daughter went for a pedicure and Debra made us both feel very comfortable! Lots of information about what she was doing and what to do at home to keep your nails looking nice. I was very impressed. She even was able to work is in on short notice.

CE Walls Not one to do reviews, but this nail salon, and Debra, are top notch and I wanted to share my satisfaction through a review as it was reading reviews that brought me to Debra. I came to Sarasota from Chicago to visit my son and to get some sUn!! My winter boot feet needed some drastic attention before hitting the beach. The Nail Room was exactly the right place to go. The nail room is Fun! Relaxing!! Pleasant!! And so is Debra!! I highly recommend you get the hot stones with your pedicure. Amazing! Thanks, Debra, for a wonderful pedicure experience. Might toes looked great long, long after returning to the cold north. GO SEE DEBRA! Your feet will thank you.

D. Salvati I would highly recommend utilizing Debra @ The Nail Room. I wanted to celebrate/surprise my daughter with a pedicure for her birthday. Since I am out of town and wanted to pay for the pedicure, Debra made the entire process for me seamless, perfect and incredibly easy. Debra is a professional who is heartwarming, thoughtful and very generous! She treated my daughter like a queen! I would definitely do it again! Thank you Debra! Melissa Quinones Absolutely love this place, I’m very particular about people doing my nails and coming from Jersey I couldn’t find any place that treated my nails as kind as up east until I found this location, they don’t destroy your nails when you choose to do gel color compare to other nail salons I’ve tried around here. They are always the sweetest and never mess around when it comes to your appt. I also love there peaceful music and videos they play. Truly a moment of tranquility from my very busy life. Super grateful I found this place and this will remain my go to spot! 10/10 recommend this location!

Karen Jernigan The guy is an absolute jerk! No one here and he’s saying he has no availability. He says they are fully booked until 7pm. He’s on his phone and literally sitting there. Don’t come here - worst nail salon in SRQ! Horrible customer service.

Elena Golovey We are vacationing with my family & decided to go out to get our nails done with my sisters. This nail spa was near us so we decided to give it a shot. The pricing was good expect you have to pay more if you want another shape other than square. We booked an appointment within 30 minutes of coming. Yuki did my nails and she was very sweet to talk to. The only thing is they don’t have a really good selection of colors. Overall, it was a good pick, I got exactly what I wanted.

Denise Erwin 2/27/25 @ 9:00a.m. made an appointment for this date/time the day before but they do take walk ins which is very conveinent. This is my first time at the salon. I was very impressed by (Nancy) who did my pedicure. She was very informative as I had some nail issues. She was very professional. The nail technician (Jay) did my manicure. He was also very informative and professional. Thank you Lucky Nails for a relaxing and professional experience.

Dakotah Heidig Tina was amazing! She was so sweet and very meticulous. 10/10 manicure, my nails look fabulous. I could tell she genuinely cared about keeping my nails healthy and took her time without cutting corners. It’s rare to find a nail artist who is as detail oriented. I also love that this is a family owned business. You can see how much effort they put into taking care of their clients and ensuring everyone leaves happy. I highly recommend this salon to anyone!

Dawn Dennis Beautiful shaping and polishing of my toenails by Milan. I am always a walk-in and I never get turned away at this Nail Salon. The salon is clean and decorated in a modern style. One of the TV screens displays relaxing images of coastal locations and relaxing instrumental music plays on a top notch sound system. I feel relaxed and welcome at Lucky Nails.

Ash Mill Had a great relaxing pedicure. Prices were reasonable . I didn’t have appointment but was immediately taken to a nice comfortable chair with a massage. I changed my mind mid way through and she was very patient with my indecision. Will definitely be returning.

Christine Pope Sarasota I’ve been coming here for about 4 years and the service has always been great. They have very comfy chairs and a good selection of colors, soft music and cold water bottles (yay for that on a hot day!). I always call ahead about 20 minutes and they almost always get me in. The prices are very reasonable for Sarasota.

Truly Blessed UPDATE: I was refunded 40.00 of the 80.00. Horrible and unsanitary. They worked on me with no running water! 80.00 for a regular polish and SNS fill in. RUN! Don’t walk to another place. Pray I don’t develop a fungus!

Anonymous Ven did such a good job on my nails! The only thing I wish they would do give you a hand massage and apply lotion! Other than this, I will definitely be back.

Kelly Lewis Found a new favorite nail salon that’s just minutes from my house!! Nancy was so sweet and did an amazing job on my nails. Normally I get the dipping powder but I don’t like how with a French tip it looks grainy so I told her I wanted a gel manicure but she told me she could do it a certain way with the dip to make it look good and not grainy. So I went with the dip and WOW, am I impressed!!! They look just how I wanted them to and I have the dip so it will last awhile. I’m so happy I found this salon! Nancy is one of the owners of the salon with her husband and it is a smaller salon so make sure to make an appointment before heading in. Very clean, new and cute!

Gabriela Lopez Barnum I found my new nail salon in Sarasota! I had an amazing experience recently when I went to get my manicure done. Nancy, the owner, took the time to educate me on my nail/skin health and did a high quality job on my dip manicure. She didn’t over-file my nails like a lot of other techs do and she made sure all the cuticles were cut perfectly. The process was painless and stress-free! Most importantly, she did exactly what I asked for in terms of the shaping and color— I will definitely be coming back. My nails feel so natural (unlike other places where they do the dip really thick)— this place does it right. It’s also really nice and new in there, so it makes the experience even better. Highly recommend!
