Jazmin S Promise made me feel so comfortable from start to finish. She took her time to really educate me about my hair and the products she used, and she worked wonders getting my hair healthy again. Finding an affordable stylist who understands my hair type has always been a challenge, especially since I have four different textures on my scalp. But Promise has clearly invested time in learning about all kinds of curls and tackling any challenges they bring. One area of my hair always struggles to hold moisture, but she figured out the perfect products for it. Beyond just her expertise, the entire salon has such a positive vibe—everyone is friendly and willing to step in and help if needed. I’ll definitely be coming back regularly. Highly recommend!

Brittany I cannot talk enough about how wonderful this salon is. 4 years ago, I came in with messed up hair and Nikki took care of me. My favourite thing about her is that she is honest about what can be done and cares about the health of my hair, not just selling products or tacking on charges. Elyse Curtis I’ve been a customer of this salon for more than ten years and have always had consistent stellar experiences. The owner, Denise, is very attentive to detail and makes sure her clients are always happy, comfortable and satisfied. This shopping mall is in a great location but parking can be tricky. It’s great that Denise has designated parking spaces for clients. She’s kind, courteous and very good at salon services. When we try something new I am always confident because Denise does research ahead of time and knows exactly how to execute. This is an intimate boutique salon where strangers feel welcome and regulars feel like family. The services I receive regularly are cut, color, and highlights for long hair. I visit every 5 weeks. I hope my review is helpful to anyone looking for great salon services in Orlando.

Sumaya Megan is very talented in doing hair! I decided to try someone different with my hair after my go-to hair colorist moved out of state. I was immediately captivated by her work on Instagram and knew I needed to book an appt with her. She’s also so much fun to talk to (important when coloring your hair takes hours!) and goes above and beyond in meeting your expectations. I can’t recommend her enough.

Madison Gray Megan was incredible! I had my hair done previously in my hometown in Tennessee, the result was overly processed bleached hair with random orange spotting and terrible breakage. I had to cut roughly 4 inches off due to the damage which was very disheartening. I had completely lost my confidence, I tried to remedy the situation by adding a red/brown box dye and at that point it seemed like there was no going back. Megan did the unthinkable. She was so upfront about the process, what would be possible for my situation, and pricing! My mind is entirely blown with the results, my confidence is back! Do yourself a favor and book your next appointment with Megan, she is a total miracle worker!

Janelle Mallen Megan is AMAZING!!! I am incredibly picky about my hair, and she knocked my blonde highlights out of the park! I found her in Utah, and flew to Florida after she moved. Worth every penny and then some.

Krystal Loos I will say I am from out of town and saw this place driving by and needed a haircut. I didnt have an appointment but they were able to see me. The lady, hard to understand I believe she said her name was blaisy. She did an awesome job on the haircut but the reason for the 2 stars is because when she was done she charged me $110!!!!!! I havenever paid that much for a haircut. I believe she took advantage of me being a tourist and gauged her price!! So if you are just visiting be careful of this place!

Cristina Guzman I was visiting my brother in Orlando and stopped by the salon for a blow dry on New Year’s Eve. My hair was very damaged and with many shades of blonde, and Leandro recommended me new habits to improve and take care of it. I loved Leandros service and his team so much that my husband booked me a surprise birthday present. When I arrived, Leandro was super honest with me and he explained to me what he could and could not do to achieve the perfect color and not mistreat it. It was SPECTACULAR!!! I loved every second in the salon, and the end result was AMAZING !! His technique is unique, and his work is impeccable. Karina isa Tin was Absolutely Amazing!!! She carefully listened to what I wanted and explained to me what needed to be done to get the color that I wanted, when it came to the hair cut she made suggestions on what would look best and the best way to allow it to grow. I needed to find a salon when I moved to Orlando and when I scheduled my first appointment, I could not have been luckier to get on Kimberly’s schedule! The entire staff and environment at Dolce Vita is so warm and welcoming and Kimberly is absolutely phenomenal. I look forward to every time I get to visit the salon and spend time in Kimberly’s chair. Getting highlights was the first time I colored my hair and Kimberly was amazing in her knowledge, explanations and recommendations. Stephanie Costa Gabi and I had a super relaxing morning at TCG Salon & Headspa and left feeling refreshed and happy! If youre looking for a unique and deeply relaxing experience in Orlando, you cant miss this incredible place! I have gone to a headspa before and my experience was hurtful and not happy, I was afraid to go back. I had one friend that came to TCG and she said it was amazing! The whole thing, the Spa and Salon is beautiful, all the staff is so sweet and welcoming. We did the Royal treatment and me and my friend were the whole time: This is amazing! Wow! We experienced the Royal Headspa Treatment, and it was simply amazing! Everything is designed to make you feel renewed and leave your hair looking incredible! It is not just a massage on your scalp is as well in your arms, hands, legs. Everything smells incredible and the products they use are fantastic from Aveda. We had an incredible time!

Alex Fischbach I had a headspa experience and it was like nothing I’ve ever had before/after. I loved getting to see what my scalp looked like before and go over all the details about my hair/scalp and my goals. It was also so nice to have several scents to choose from for once you went into your spa room. They took what I said to heart and really took care of me while in the spa! It’s a private room so you’re not distracted by other guests, and you can book with another person if you’d like. It was like in a dream with how much I felt pampered! Massages to my legs, arms, neck/face, and of course head & scalp. They had the option for a steamer which I opted for, but if it’s too much you can always request for it to be off. I 10/10 would recommend (and it’s the PERFECT) gift to bring someone along too.

Stephanie Abreu Rae is quite literally the best to have ever done it. She listened to every want I had, and executed my hair far better than I could’ve imagined. My hair is extremely soft, she taught me how to care for it. I will be coming back to her over and over again. I am very particular with my hair and I have never felt like I could trust someone to not cut more than I asked. To blow out my hair without a curl in sight. Ashley Prillaman Theory Salon Mills 50 has a great vibe to it. I booked a cut and color consultation. My stylist Savannah gave me some great advice on both. I love that when you come to Theory Salon they send a detailed questionnaire up front so that youre coming in with inspiration and they already have your information up front. Savannah was very efficient with our time and the cut / color consultation went very quickly. She was really helpful with navigating quite a few ideas I came in with for color. Im already looking forward to coming back to officially do the color!

Timeka Howard I drove 4 1/2 hours for my appointment (The Curly Experience) and the drive was worth every minute. My stylist (Angelina) was so attentive, professional, and personable. She explained what products worked best for my hair texture and offered suggestions. Additionally, she answered the questions I had. My hair cut was perfection! Sabha Mahmoud I dont live in Orlando but scheduled while in town. They were able to get me in within my stay. Let me just start by saying this salon environment is immaculate. The owner Trina is amazing and super friendly! The culture and the environment of the entire staff work together as a team. Rom was phenomanal and over delivered with my results. The pictures speak for themselves. During the entire process she was very patient and you can see how passionate she is about hair. Go to her for your bayalages. Highly recommend!

Samantha Vasquez I wanted to find a salon that definitely knew how to do balayage, and this was the perfect salon! After doing a lot of research and stumbling upon this salon in my research, I booked an appointment with Rom. She was great, she explained everything, she was upfront with the price, she fixed a bad haircut I had at a previous salon, and did the most amazing balayage! Kathryn Owens Karma is the best! My experience with this salon was the absolute best! Karma was fantastic in helping me decide which hair style would work for me. Casey Hoffman Finding a hair stylist is like finding a doctor or an accountant, once you have a good one you keep them. I have seen Robin for a very long time and she never disappoints when it comes to my hair. We always come up with fun ideas and she blows it out of the water. The shop has a wonderful atmosphere that is very welcoming. Once you try out awesome blossom you will never want to go to another shop. Keep up the fantastic work ladies.

Philip Arlen I discovered Awesome Blossom by following my stylist, Suzanne, there. I would go to this salon anyway, as all the people there are nice, there is plenty of parking, and they are located right in the middle of Orlando. But I will follow Suzanne anywhere, as she is not only the best stylist I have ever had, but she is kind and extraordinarily accommodating. (Especially to someone with as frenetic a schedule as I have, this last trait is the most appreciated.) I cant recommend her or the salon enough!

Brittany Mackey I had an absolutely amazing experience on my first trip to Mosaic! My husband had recommended the salon to me after seeing how I struggled to find a place that got my hair to the level of an old salon I had gone to for years. Reluctantly, I took his advice and got to meet the owner, Mike, himself and he is a true talent in this industry! He made great recommendations on how to get my hair back to being in a healthy state and also for what stylist I should see that would best help me address my hair goals. I immediately felt that he valued me as a customer and wanted to help me achieve my hair goals. Afterwards, I had a styling session with Maggie, one of the salons newest stylists. Since my hair had significant damage from recent work at another local salon, I was at a loss for how to style my hair for an event we were going to. Not only did Maggie provide an amazing deep conditioning treatment to help my hair on the road to recovery, but she patiently and cautiously styled my hair in a way that was safe for it and also looked amazing! Maggie has a true talent for hair and style and is most certainly going to be a very valued stylist :)

Paula Grimaldo I went for a Facial with dermaplaning and a full body massage. I will definitely be a returning customer. The facial was so relaxing and my skin looks like porcelain. My aesthetician was also very helpful with coming up with a plan for treating my skin. As for massage....well after lets just say I felt my tension no more and felt like I was walking on a cloud.

Jaden Thrift Ive been coming to Mosaic in the milk district for 2 years and have been seeing Ryan and he is ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL!! Every time I come in, he is always willing to listen and explore new ideas for my hair and does such a great job. He is the only person I would ever trust to do my hair. He takes his time, is patient, and is so skilled at what he does. The entire team is very welcoming and friendly as well and always make me feel at home. I would recommend Mosaic and Ryan to any and everyone who wants their hair done!!!

Kelsey Kierce I was so excited to try this place to get my hair done. I was looking forward to it for weeks. I made my appointment for a basic color/trim. I get to my appointment and was only booked for a haircut only??? I was so disappointed. The girl I made my appointment with over the phone even asked how long my hair was for the color so I’m not sure how it changed to just a haircut. Maybe I’ll try them again in the future but it was my birthday and expected to have my hair done. I understand mistakes happen but it just really upset me.

Cori-Anne Bonfilio As a busy single mother my hair was long over due and with my birthday coming up, I decided to treat myself to a full color change. I asked my gfs if they had any stylists they recommend and was referred to a stylist at this salon from a trusted family friend. I reached out to the stylist to confirm I could get an appointment on the morning of my birthday. After confirming the appointment I sent her some photos of what I wanted my hair to be when I left. She asked me to also send some photos of my hair at the time and confirmed it would be an easy change. I paid my deposit and put it in my calendar. Between then and my appointment, my time had been changed twice up until the last minute, and after confirming that I would be done on time to get to my birthday party, I showed up at 1pm (original apt 9am). The stylist was very kind and we talked about how shes always loved doing hair as she worked on me. When it was done, she turned me around and there was a distinct line around my head where red roots met blonde lengths. After I pointed it out, she had commented that she had indeed noticed and then proceeded to style and show me anyways, as opposed to fixing it. Had I not said anything, she was ready to let me walk out. She told me she could put in some low lights to blend it out, and proceeded to dry and style again...and it was again still there. She commented that this had never happened to her before and she has no idea why it is like that. She told me to try purple shampoo. I had her put in more low lights and it was again still there, though she said she didnt see it. I had her get the owner who said yes, the line around my head was quite obviously there. The owner instructed her on how to blend it correctly and told her to FaceTime her if it didnt work, as she had to run. It was less noticible but still there. She told me she was sorry but had no idea what else to do. She did not FaceTime the owner. She simply told me to try the purple shampoo again and proceeded to charge me full price. I asked her if the owner would be in in the am and she responded that she wasnt sure but that she was an independent stylist. All in all, she was nice but absolutely unprofessional and did not seem to take pride in her work, as she was willing to let it out the door with her name on it in such a poor state. I was 1.5 hours late to my own birthday and my friends who knew i was running late due to a hair crisis identified the issue immediately. By the end of this ordeal my hair was not even what i had asked for (copper with blonde highlights throughout) - it is a balayage. My family friend who refered me apologized and said she would not be referring anyone else and would seriously be considering her options. After consulting with other stylists I have an appointment in a couple weeks after I give my hair a break. They said they do not believe this stylist specializes in color or balayage, and every stylist in this story agreed that it should have been a simple switch. I would have at the very least expected a discounted price as I will now have to pay someone else, a free correction the following day, or a followup call from the owner to review potential options. All in all, this was an extremely awful birthday experience that continues, and a very unprofessional response.

Milton Perez This was my first time visiting Atelier Salon, and I was beyond impressed! The service was exceptional, warm, friendly, and professional from start to finish. Tony was amazing, meticulously detailed and took the time to ask all the right questions to ensure I got exactly what I wanted. His precision and care truly stood out. And to top it all off, I was greeted by the sweetest little dog, Tilly, which made the experience even more special. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the professionalism of the entire team was outstanding. I highly recommend Atelier Salon and will definitely be returning!

Destiny Perez Tony and his staff always do such an amazing professional job. Not only is the salon just beautiful but I always feel like a queen diva when I leave. I’ve been coming to Tony for 20 years and drive all the way from Leesburg one hour away. It’s always worth it.

Brady Gillespie Rosie is simply the best! She worked her magic once again, my hair looks and feels amazing. I’ve been her client for years, and she never disappoints. And this salon in gorgeous! In the heart of downtown and is absolutely stunning! The staff are so welcoming, and the front desk person even went out of her way to let me borrow a phone charger. I can’t recommend Rosie enough:)

Mariela Carrillo Amazing experience! I’ve been scared to cut my hair for almost 2 years because I like it a very specific way. Jen understood exactly what I wanted and made sure along the way that she wasn’t cutting too much. I’ve never been happier with my hair. This is definitely my new go to salon!
